Allied Helped us twice! Unfortunately we had 2 water damage issues just a few years apart and we called on Allied both times. I appreciated not only the level of professionalism but you are never kept in the dark. Jason Dominguez was the one supervising our mitigation & restoration job and I called & texted at all hours and he was always responsive. We stayed in the home during the work so Jason checked in every day. We could not thank him enough. There was total transparency and clear communication from start to finish. We were a bit sad when the job was completed because I felt that they truly looked out for us. Along the way, in true nature of a woman we would second guess some design ideas and Jason and his team were very patient. They advised us and guided us to help us make the best decisions for what we wanted and needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLIED RESTORATION! I cannot say enough good things about the team I worked with at Allied!!! After reporting my whole downstairs flooded due to HOA drains not being kept up, Javier arrived at my home and immediately went to work. He spent hours on removing water from my carpet, called in for back up and later that evening the whole crew was hands on. George, Javier, Alfonso, Carlos and Tito were all amazing. They were kind to my senior dog who wanted to assist them. Always very calm and understanding of my stress and so polite and considerate!Many trips were made to my house by George and Javier, to check moisture levels and keeping an eye out for mold. Each time, they arrive on time and were very pleasant.Allied had been the only positive in this very trying time for me. Thanks again guys!

We had a leak from a tub spout that went through our bathroom and bedroom wall, leading to microbial growth and ruining our baseboards.Allied prepared the space with precision, sealed off every area carefully, removed drywall and treated any suspicious areas, and always cleaned up thoroughly each day .They provided excellent and efficient service - everyone involved was timely, kept me updated constantly, worked around my schedule, and provided so many resources and amazing support throughout our whole project.I appreciate how George managed every detail for us and was always available for questions or updates - so helpful!Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We were introduced to Allied Restoration through our insurance company and we couldn’t have been happier! O.P. And Andy were stellar professionals and had their teams on the job ASAP. The job supervisor, Andy walked us through every nook and cranny of the problem and all possible solutions. Each team did an amazing job from fixing the initial leak to the careful packing of all our belongings and meticulously making barriers to keep all the dust and debris from the rest of the house. The trades they used - flirting, painting, finish were excellent and always helpful. The proposed time line from start to finish was done well before promised- which makes any repair fantastic! My experience with Allied Restoration has been great so far! Cristina, Andre and Teto have been very easy to work with. Cristina scheduled everything and if I had any questions she was there to help. I had water damage from a roof leak. Andre and Teto were always on time. Andre explained everything that they were going to do so no surprises which I appreciated. They were extremely neat and cleaned up at the close of each day. It was a very good experience!

I am the type of person that likes to know exactly whats going to be done and when it is going to be done and in working with Marlon M and his team I could not have asked for a better group of experts to work with me after the fire. In dealing with all the politics between HOA's and Insurance company's I felt I could trust Marlon and his honesty and integrity to be trustworthy when no one else was. I would give ten stars if I could. Andy and Jason are who helped us address the reconstruction of our new home after water damage… and I couldn’t be more grateful. Communication was fast, construction happened immediately and efficiently, with impeccable results. Even after the job was done, attention (and plenty of patience) was graciously given regarding current and future maintenance advice so we can protect our new home. Allied Restoration did an amazing job on our house! They did our tile flooring, laminate flooring, and tile bathtub. After my house fire in August 2023, my insurance agent connected me with Allied Restoration (Tim Bauer in particular). From day 1, Allied held our hands through the process and kept us moving forward when we couldn’t. They sent an EMS team out that night to secure the property and photograph all our belongings. The next day, Noel Torres and Tracy Faucher met us at the house to set a plan. They were the bright light in a very dark time. Everyone has been beyond phenomenal and kind to us; and the whole team worked to get us what we deserve. I have a good experience working with Allied Restoration Services.1. Crew members follow IICRC S520 standard for the remediation of mold damaged structures and contents to make sure that plywood properly dried out and applied antimicrobial mold treatment.2. Crew members are professional with good manners and willing to communicate for their works.3. I have a good communication with George, the supervisor to update the status and express my concern when needed.4. The majority of damages are on the celling and wall surrounding the staircase. Engineers overcame the technical difficulty so that they can work on the ceiling. They do have engineer knowhows.5. Their price is reasonable.I wished that the project can be scheduled faster and finished earlier. However, I know that most popular Restoration Services are working on multiple projects and adjust its schedule based upon the emergency. I am partially responsible for the delay due to the roofing replacement too.I also wished that the engineer set up dehumidifiers and fans can spare time to explain how it works so that I would not scratch my head and wonder why one water basket was full of water and the rest were not. I am an engineer and I would make sure they function and position properly if I know how the whole thing work (Thanks to Jacob to explain to me later). I would be able to alarm the abnormality and malfunctioned dehumidifier earlier. I do know that those equipments were set up at the end of the day after the whole day of demolishing work.It's a learning experience to me too. It is positive. Thanks to the team.

They do great work, communicate extremely well, and are timely in their follow-up and scheduling which is critical when dealing with restoration projects. Edwin from Allied restoration was great to work with! Being a property manager it is hard to come by great vendors and Edwin was fantastic! He was always on top of things, calling everytime there was a change that was being made to update me. Making sure I liked what they were installing, helping me pick out new doors and what not. We discovered a water leak in the piping of our property which caused significant amount of water damage requiring immediate mitigation and rebuild services.Allied was referred to us by a friend and my experience with the company overall was good but not perfect as can be expected with this line of work. Allied provided guidance on how to navigate the insurance claims as well as completing the mitigation, demolition, pack-in/out, and rebuild processes of our property. A separate plumber was necessary to repair the leaky pipe as it did not fall under the Allied’s scope of work and not under insurance coverage.Each stage of the restoration had a different supervisor or point of contact. The mitigation/demolition with Tony process went quickly and without hiccups. We then experienced a lengthy delay in start time of our rebuild due to differences in estimates for repair between Allied and the insurance adjuster. However, Allied assisted in the communication with the insurer and were even present for the on-site adjuster visits.Once approved, the rebuild was lead by our superintendent Andy who remained highly communicative through the process. We maintained daily communication that reviewed progress, materials, and issues. As we neared the the expected completion of the project after 3 weeks into the rebuild process there were several quality issues that we found included mismatched paint, visible paint marks, missing parts, etc. I had concerns that we would be left with a substandard quality of work that did not match the premium cost of the rebuild. However, Andy represented Allied as a true professional and addressed each of our concerns for the rebuild, resolving all of them by the end.Overall, the points of contact of the company were professional leading me to recommend their services on the condition they maintain their excellent customer service and improve upon their quality of work since a piece of property can be person’s home.Professionalism: 5/5Communication: 5/5Quality of Work: 3/5Timeliness: 5/5Services: Remodeling, Mold inspection, Water removal, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Had my downstairs family room flood thanks to my upstairs shower. Called Allied who responded quickly. The first Allied estimator came and seemed a bit disinterested but got the job done, for the most part - he apparently had one foot out the door at the time and left the company shortly after. Everything got crazy when a neighboring contractor accidently crashed their work truck into our garage, causing horrific damage. The people at Allied Restoration really came through and repaired everything rapidly so that our lives could get back to normal.
