** I would not work with this dealership knowing that anything that may come up in the future would not be addressed, even acknowledged.**I purchased a used car from them 1.5 years ago and the team was great. The car had little history reported by the dealership (was used for a short period of time and then stayed in various dealerships throughout the pandemic).BUT. I brought my car into a body shop for a small repair that required removing the bumper, and they found that there was a previous poorly-done repair. The bumper was zip tied and glued to the body, and needed to be replaced. I called Covina Hills Chevrolet to discuss why the repair was not disclosed and ask if they would have any solutions to help with this additional part replacement. While the staff was kind and tried to get me in touch with the sales manager, he would not speak with me and my call was declined every time I was transferred to his line.

My husband and I were in the area just to browse around, we end up talking to a salesman named Brandon. We test drove the 2500 we loved it so much! He end up being able to help us get the truck. He and razi were so nice and helpful . They worked around our budget. I'm so glad we chose to stop here they are very welcoming here at Covina hills Chevrolet. To anyone who brings in their vehicle to this dealership be very aware, alert and careful. Recently I took my vehicle to get the regular oil change but then all of sudden it needed transmission flush, coolant flush and many other flushes that it was going to come out to well over 1K. I said no and did the regular oil change. A few weeks after I noticed that my truck was not shifting properly and was getting stuck on reverse. So I called roadside assistance and they informed me that a thing that's hooked to the shifter was loose. So I took my truck to this dealership and explained what happened. After almost half a day lost waiting for my truck they said what the roadside assistance tech said and the dealership ended up charging me over $200 Dollars just to screw something back. So in the end know before what's wrong with your vehicle before taking it to the dealership. Ask questions Scan your vehicle with a vehicle scanner and just tell them what the vehicle scanner said.

I was a longstanding customer here when I came in two days ago to do an oil change. I was told that my car would need $1000 worth of maintenance that I had already had done. I asked what the issue was and the staff proceeded to inform me that all of the previous workers were fired due to a lack of record keeping and missing documentation that was leading to people getting charged for services that were not performed. The manager was laughing at my situation and condescendingly told me to calm down, telling me that I wasn't the only one this happened to, and that he was there to help me, but when I asked for his name and title, he refused to give it to me. When they gave me printouts of my receipts for the services I had done, they did not match the copies I had on hand, I strongly suggest for anyone else this has occurred for to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The new staff and management are wholeheartedly incompetent and negligent especially pertaining to documenting paid services. The previous staff were all fired and it apparently hadn't been the first time that occurred. They will charge you for services they do not complete, and based on the carelessness and callousness of management, that doesn't surprise me. I suggest anyone who has the same issues to contact the Better Business Bureau, since they suggested the same thing as well. The rubensque gentleman that claimed to be the supervisor had no idea what he was doing, so the individuals that own this branch might consider firing this cycle of staff as well.

My sales person was great and most of the experience of purchasing the car went smoothly. The service department, however, is a different story. Whoever installed my temporary license plate not only drilled the holes so big that the screws kept falling out, but they were drilled crooked. So I now have this beautiful $50,000 new Camaro with gorgeous rhinestone license plate frames that are crooked. If they can’t figure out how to do something that simple, why would I ever trust them to make a repair or even schedule a maintenance appointment for my car?Update: on the third visit, I believe the license plate issue has been resolved. However, I also had an $850 decal put on my car at that time. The service manager had assured me that it would be done to his standards. It is an absolute mess. There are air bubbles and bumps in the decal, and a large 2 inch tear/flaw on the decal on my spoiler. They appear to be completely untrained, incompetent, and have zero pride in their work. I have communicated with the service manager and got zero response. I plan to call my credit card company and stop the charge from paying.

5 stars all the way for the Sales Team. Ceasar was our salesman and Alejandro was our Sales Manager and both of them were exceptional in the purchase of our vehicle. They both understood were we needed to be and they made it happen. I will definitely being going back here in the future to purchase a vehicle again. 0 stars for the Service Dept. Although the purchase experience was exceptional the service is absolutely horrible here. What is the purpose to set up an appointment to have an oil change and wait for the service when you are waiting for 3 hours and they haven't even started your vehicle. They over book their appointments and don't let you know you will be wasting your whole day here. I will never come back here for a service appointment as my time is more valuable.

Hands-down, Christopher Cuevas, sales rep that assisted me one of the best reps I have dealt with very patient even with my little tribe of kids running around the dealership work with me and my wife as much as possible to make this happen to be able to drive out with a new 2023 traverse Chevrolet I definitely would recommend him to anybody. Purchased a pre owned 2021 chevy colorado truck in very good condition. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and taken care of even though we didn’t have an appointment. A plus that this dealership had is a lot of bilingual sales associates which helped my spanish speaking Father a lot. Alejandro, the service rep that helped us was WONDERFUL, he was so nice and courteous. I had a good experience while I was at the dealership because of him. Unfortunately, our car gave us an error message as we arrived home from the service :( The error message was 'propulsion power reduced' and I got a similar error not long after I had my car serviced at this dealership last time, so it is starting to become a pattern. Last time I got the error, the car stranded me with a cap of 30 mph in the middle of the freeway.
