Made it a seamless experience. My Wife and I are loyal to the Kia brand, quality, and warranties they offer with their vehicles. We came in set with a certain car in mind and our sales guy Eddie made that happen. Didn’t want to play the game of going back-and-forth. We were set with a budget to work with, and they made sure they were able to fit within that budget.The Covina Kia team understood our needs and was still able to accommodate me having a personal outside business meeting during the whole transaction where I appreciate them also giving me the personal space to multitask at their location.

Great informative customer service by our Sales Professional Martin Perez. We were on the fence on two used vehicles. He answered all our questions and was a delight to work with. Gave us space to discuss between ourselves to narrow down what we really needed. Once we choose what we wanted he made the process quick and simple to understand. Martin took the the time so show us the many features of our new vehicle. Even helped us take a couple of photos!! We are very grateful for him and the service we got at Covina Valley KIA

After talking to & test driving at several SoCal Kia Dealers looking to buy a Sportage Hybrid EX, I reached out to Covina Valley Kia to check if they have the color we were looking for. Victoria & Anthony (Sales Manager) were open & transparent about how they do business. Ashten guided us through Finance / Lease options and worked with us to give us a Very Good deal that matched our expectations. There was never any pressure.Anthony gave a detailed walk through of the highlights of the car features etc.I liked their Transparency, Sticking to what they said on email/ text , No pressure on customers to buy what they don’t need.. Every time I try to get service at this location, i have received consistent and poor service. I feel as though if you’re a woman or a woman of color, you need to avoid this place like the plague!My first incident with them was trying to call to make a service appointment. I explained my situation and they said just go ahead and bring your car in upon arrival. I was told oh we actually needed an appointment for that. They didn’t have any availability for over over a month. After a month, I brought my car back and they said they would have an answer for me within five days. I called day five and they inform me that they had not even began to investigate my issue. I was without a car for five days and no resolution to my problem. This was incredibly inconvenient.2nd incidentThere is currently a recall on my car so I was forced to try to bring it into this location to get it fixed. I called in and I made an appointment showed up 10 minutes early. While trying to check in I had to raise my voice over the music desk playing their music.I was told an employee that was supposed to help me would come find me after he finished with a family. The family came and went, no one came to find me. I had to again go speak with the employee with his music playing to actually get some help.After I finally got checked in, I tried to connect to the free Wi-Fi and it was not working. I asked the young lady at the front desk. If there’s anything you can do to help me she said it was just slow. I asked her if she could test it to see what I was experiencing and she flat out, said no. I was baffledEvery every single human I’ve encountered at this dealership is rude, they don’t care about the people that are walking through their doors.

Today we decided to go shopping for a car little did we know by calling we were going to work with a great sales person “ MARTIN PEREZ!! He went about and beyond to help my daughter get into the car she wanted . He explained everything in detail and spend about 1 hour helping my daughter understand all the features of her brand new SUV!!Martin : Took the time to compare features from other similiar SUV's to the Kia one and honesly we were impresse not only by the KIA SUV, but by Martin knowledge he really understand customers and no preasure at all He kept telling us " I want you to be happy looking for the car you need and give you the best deal " and he did worked hard to get it into my daughter dream car.COVINA VALLEY KIA !! 💯 recommended!!! I am not typically one to write a review unless I have something positive to say, but please be warned, this dealership is dishonest and lacks integrity! I feel compelled to warn others. After test driving a used Honda Pilot on their lot, my husband and I decided we would like to purchase the vehicle. After negotiating the price, Mason Nguyen, the salesman, agreed to take a deposit on the car to allow us a few days to secure the remainder of the funds from an investment account. We complied with all of his requests, contacted our bank, filled out all paperwork he requested of us, and were in regular communication with him. Mason even sent us a photo of the car with a bright green SOLD sign in the window, assuring us the car was taken off the lot and put "away". 24 hours after giving our deposit, he began sending threatening text messages stating that if the car was not picked up and paid for within 48 hours, it would be "put back on the lot" and potentially sold to another buyer. Immediately my husband called to clarify why the sudden pressure, and all he would say is "just come as soon as you can". Rather than argue with the new deadline, we decided we would make sure to be there within the 48 hours to avoid having the car put back on the lot for someone else to purchase. A few hours later, my husband received a text (not a phone call) from Mason with a picture of a refund receipt stating that he would be putting the car back out on the lot. WHAT??? 48 hours had suddenly turned into 3 hours?? Suddenly Mason stopped responding to my text messages and taking my phone calls. I called the dealership, requesting to speak with a manager and was told the car had been sold to someone else - the day after we gave our deposit. Needless to say, I was speechless. It's disheartening that human beings can be so callous and cold, not worried about anyone but themselves. Mason is unprofessional and callous. The managers response to our complaint about Mason - "unfortunately not everyone who works here is aware of our policies". Buyer be ware! When looking to buy a car, DON'T SHOP HERE!

Ray Rojas salesman... If I could give 6 stars I would. He spent a lot of time with us test driving 3 cars. He is so knowledgable about every nuance of his cars - model changes, what's coming later this year, availability of features on EV vs. HEV vs. PHEV. Just a wealth of information freely given without reservation. He never skirted around a question and was so transparent even down to pricing. And the kicker: when we found a better price on an identical Kia Niro EV Wave that he helped us choose, he wasn't resentful in the slightest! He told us it was a good deal and we should take it. Never in my middle aged life have I experienced a car salesman like him. He will be the first guy we call when we need another car next year. Even if we don't want a Kia, I'll see what he's got in used inventory. As you can see, I cannot recommend highly enough. Be nice to him, treat him like a friend from the beginning, and he'll do the same in return.

I just bought my second Kia from Covina Kia! I shopped several dealerships because the Covina one is not the closest one to me - but Covina had a big inventory and the sales people actually know what they are doing (what a shock!). The buying process was quick and easy - and one of the main reasons I went back. Who likes to spend many hours in a car dealership? Yep, I'd definitely recommend Covina Kia.

I just bought a brand new KIA Carnival on Aug 17, 2023 from this place. I made sure with the sales agent if there would be somekind of a recall someday and the agent said no. Two months later I received a recall letter from KIA America which surprised me that they needed to install additional safety plate on passenger side. So I came to this place with the recall letter. The male receptionist on the side door was supposed to check first if the parts needed was available but he didn't and he let me wait for two hours and a half just to hear him finally saying "we don't have the parts. We'll let you know when it's available". No apology coming from his mouth, just a stone cold creature with no feeling standing there telling me to go home. When I told him nicely "you're lucky I am not a complainer, others would react differently", he showed attitude to challenge me for a fight. I did not react to his attitude so I left the KIA Covina Valley that day and it's been a month now without hearing anything from them. I don't recommend people to come here and people should carefully and wisely choose a car with parts that are always available all the time and make sure they don't lie to you. I regret deeply for making a decision to get a car from this dealership.Joshua - Pomona CA

Since I had already done a lot of my homework, I asked him to just be honest with me and give me the numbers as they are. And he did just that. Sales are crazy in the after COVID time. The adjustment fee for dealer reaches the $5000. Hard to imagine the car OTD costs so much than the MSRP price. Cars are great. May it blames to the time : (

Terrible experience. First they say the car is ready. I get a ride there and they say they were wrong and it will be another 5 hours. No call or heads up. Then as I’m on my way there for the next time they gave me, they say they were wrong again and it won’t be ready until noon the next day. Again, no call or heads up before they started working on it with an updated time. Then I get my car and the tire is extremely low on air. I fill it up to make it home. Next day it is completely flat. My tire was fine when I dropped it off. Then they said they would call me the next day when the part was in so I could finish the recall and of course they never did.
