Iv’e used them for oil changes with no issues but my daughter goes to school at APU and since her headlight went out I needed it changed. Usually a $25 charge but these guys charged $100 and didn’t even switch out both sides! I talked to the service rep and they would not lower the price. You got me this time but never again!

I believe in a second chance. I gave a 5-star rating because this service team took ownership of the issue that I experienced without giving me any hard time about it.I originally took the car in for a recall service, which was done without any issue. After the first long drive about 2 days after the service, the engine light came on. I contacted the service department and they asked me to come in at my convenience. They spent a good amount of time to diagnose and corrected the issue. They ended up replacing some seals that impacted the system's vacuum, which is a symptom that won't present itself after driving for a while. Yes, there was an issue after the recall service but given that parts had to be removed and reinstalled, anything could have happened. I was just happy that they owned it and fixed the issue without giving me any difficulty. We all make mistakes, just be responsible for what you did. And this service team did just that. Sure, it would have been better if the issue never occurred in the first place, but life happens.

I felt that over $300 to do a maintenance on an egolf was excessive to say the least. I have never in my driving career have had to have my brake fluid flushed and can see no reason why it was done. My owners manual indicates that all of the batteries should have been checked and i see no indication that was done. Aside from that your service department was friendly provided good service.

We have been very pleased with all the employees at Covina VW. The three stars are because it’s has taken so long to get a part we need to be able to open the drivers door. For now I have to lower all windows to be able to get into my car. Maybe if we know it’s going to take that long to get a part offer a rental car. We have had several problems with the apple car. Can’t seem to figure it out every time we have taken it in.

For a starter the manager was misogynistic and rude. Not only he didn't properly welcomed a long loyal customer (i bought more than 5 cars from Bozzani in the past 10 years), he asked me to "be a man" and tell him what is my offer! I can't imagine a salesman would say that to me in a million years! His response just ruined the experience.Regarding the car, they didn't provide the original car mats for Toas, instead they gave us the Jetta's, we got an engine warning signal 7 days after, the oil was over filled!This was not the Bozzani i know, and i am aware that new investors came in which i think had a negative impact on the quality of customer service.With that said, Rubin and Charles from the service are always great, the salesman who worked with me to complete the purchase is also a good person.But i will NEVER buy another car from the same branch as long as the management doesn't change.

Stellar team that got me into a new car. After months of indecision (back and forth from October 14, 2023), with one of the most patient salesman, Caleb, I finally made the choice to go with an EV from VW. Caleb was so patient and David stepped in to help me get my approval before even coming to the dealership. Anyone with children knows how painful it can be to go to a car dealership to get a new car but Caleb and David made it easy and simple. All the hard stuff was done prior to us even coming in. Lauren was so sweet when we signed the docs and even had a CarFax car fox coloring book for our two year old. Super happy and satisfied with the entire process overall. If you’re thinking VW, think Covina VW. You won’t regret it.

He did not pressure me to buy but instead worked with the figures I can afford. He understood my expectations, spoke to me and my husband w/ respect and connected in a more personal way. Awful bate and switch at the dealership on a used car. Absolutely the worst car purchase experience ever. Stuck with a stinky smoker car that was obviously covered up for our visit to test drive. Disgusting. Will NEVER recommend. Strongly urge you to STAY AWAY.

Where do I begin. If I could I would give this place a higher rating. The building itself is beautiful, clean, very well taken care of. The staff was amazing, my favorite had to be Kevin. He was an absolute blast to work with, he took everything I said into consideration, he wasn’t pushy at all. I was stuck in a Volkswagen lease and they helped me out of it and into something I truly love and happy with. I love Volkswagen and once I’m ready to purchase again I will definitely be coming back here. I truly felt like a valued customer. Very open and honest throughout the whole transaction. Nothing shady at all. 10/10 experience. I will recommend this dealership and Kevin to everyone I know that is looking for a Volkswagen.

I am 53 and I've never had a car purchasing experience equal to the one I experienced at Covina Volkswagen!I bought a certified pre-owned Tiguan and on the way home, the car had a mechanical issue. The issue wasn't something they could have discovered during the inspection and these things happen. By the time the issue occured, I was over 100 miles away from the dealership! I went there vs. my local dealership as Covina Volkswagen had far better prices for certified pre-ownedVolkswagens. I called them right away and spoke with the GM briefly and all I detected in his voice was concern. He immediately connected me with the Service Manager Frank. His immediate response was, "let's get it towed back here immediately and get the issue resolved. Within 15 minutes, we had a tow truck company calling us to make arrangements!The car was towed back and just 48 hours later it was ready to pick up again, spotless and sitting up front when we arrived the next day. Frank even offered to DELIVER the car to us over 100 miles away! I own a Porsche and I don't think they would have gone to that level of service. I decided I didn't want to cost them two team members for 3 hours so we drove up there. Plus, I wanted the opportunity to shake Frank's hand. When I met Frank, he was simply everything one would hope for in a Service Manager.Now the purchasing experience was equally as exceptional. If you go there, ask for Caleb. Caleb has been in the business of selling VW's for years and his passion for the brand shows. No pressure, no back and forth, just a friendly and timely sales experience.I was so impressed with the overall experience, I decided to upgrade my wife from a Tiguan to a Titan R in the near future! Who wouldn't want to ensure all their vehicles come from such an excellent dealership?Thanks again to the entire team at Covina Volkswagen for taking care of my family.

Superior car buying experience I have ever had. had been first got in touch with Derek over emails and what brought me walk into the store from lots of any other dealers, his responsive, rapid, always to-the-point style of conversation did carry through the whole experience of leasing my new Tiguan SE 2021 today in store. Great experience again, highly recommend them if you were to seek for a VW car, and their financial staff is very helpful and explain everything well to me. only took me close to 50 min from when I made decision to when they pass me the keys.

As a life long VW owner and enthusiast I strongly suggest and recommend the amazing staff at Bozzani if your looking for a new or used VW!!I actually called the dealership with a very long shot / off hand request looking for a sales binder for a limited production VW model from last year I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase. Wile I did not get my car from Bozzani as soon as I called Dennis in sales picked up the phone and knew exactly what I was looking for and actually located it with me on the phone. Turns out he's from the same town I live in and was a pleasure to talk too. He explained Bozzani is one of the oldest VW dealers in California and the owners like to save everything! They had the book on hand and Dennis even went so far as to reach out to the owners and ask if it would be ok for me to get the book, they graciously said yes and were totally willing to help a fellow VW enthusiast !!Thank you to Dennis and everyone at Bozzani, your the best :) ~!-Brad H

The VW associate who helped me with scheduling the service- I think his name is Charles or Richard- is professional and helpful.However, I m not sure about the service. They washed my car that was washed the week before. Not only inside was not cleaned at all, even OUTSIDE like the windows that were a bit dusty seems untouched. I m not sure if inside was included in the service but outside was not cleaned or was not cleaned properly at all. This is while I waited for a good amount of extra time for cleaning.I cannot see the work that was done inside the car. I don't know what kind of work they did on inside where nobody can see!!!

For years I had my car serviced by another Volkswagen dealership and after years of degrading quality of service at that other dealership, I finally switched to Covina Volkswagen. The service at Covina Volkswagen is the best around the region. From the moment I walked into the service department, I was greater by all the service advisors and felt very welcomed. Ruben was a tremendous help and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle.

Great experience there working with Erik, who was super helpful, and Neil! Both guys were awesome to work with. I picked up my 2018 Golf SE today, and she drives like a dream. Erik was very patient and answered all my questions once in the car. He sat and showed me how to use all my features and helped me connect my phone before i left. It was great to connect & use my google maps on their system! I got a great deal and great service from these guys. Charles showed great customer service throughout the entire process while my vehicle was getting serviced and all the way to when I came back to drop off the loaner vehicle to pick up my car. He stayed behind right up to when the department closed for the day just so I can get my car back without having to wait for the next business day. Unfortunately, there was an issue that caused a hiccup in my schedule the morning I dropped my vehicle off. I had requested a loaner vehicle to use while my car was there for the next two days. When I got there, I was expecting a smooth transition to get going on the road again as I had to be back at work by 11 and I had my baby with me, but it turns out the vehicle that was reserved for me to use was given out by another service advisor. Luckily my manager was understanding of the issue and didn’t mind my tardiness while I waited for a loaner vehicle to be returned, but had it been someone else who’s work is not as understanding, might have had a different outcome. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks again Charles!

I was astonished with the kindness of people that greeted me super well and most of all took me in and out fast. I loved that cause I hate waiting when there is no shuttle service.I've had and have a terrible experience with VW of Ontario, the service (awfull), could not find the issue with my car, manager (Manny was to get me a rental so i could leave my car for further service since April 2023 and as of now I have not received any calls of whats so ever. Really bad service where I would not recommend this dealership even to my worst enemy!!!!!

My husband and I felt this was the easiest process we've received experienced when it comes to buying a car, and it's all because of David.
