I hired JM Mejia Constuction to do an extension and renovations on my aging rental property in Eagle Rock. The house required substantial repairs, updates, and overall renovations. Throughout the project, I observed the exceptional skill of their workers who consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality and maintained high standards in every phase. The extensive work included gutting the house, addressing foundation issues, installing new woodlike floors, rebuilding the kitchen and bathroom, incorporating beautiful ceiling beams and floating shelves to give warmth to the modern theme and professionally painting both the interior and exterior. They also constructed a stunning wooden floating deck at the front of the house, complete with a semi-transparent roof in keeping with the elegant and modern look. From the detailed formal estimates to the execution by the workers, every aspect of the project was handled professionally where Juan, the son of the owner, handled each phase and the workers with good leadership and friendliness. My friends and family were so impressed with the final result. It was a truly impressive transformation, turning a small, old house into a beautiful, modern, and stunning residence!
