I can't speak to the work they do, which is probably totally wonderful given their great reviews.But just so others are aware - they will not even speak to you if you are 4 weeks from closing and are looking to get work done. They will only work with you if you currently have possession of the home, so don't bother calling if you have plans for a home you will move into.They've probably been burned in the past so I definitely understand the approach, but what a bummer! Luckily no other company I've gotten quotes from have had the same response, just something to keep in mind if you're thinking of calling.

It has been one nightmare after the other with this company. If I can go back and search for another construction company I would. Problems with electricians, problems with floor installation, problems with plumbing installation, baseboards, clean up was a disaster. Promises were made and never followed through. Glad I took pictures of everything they didn’t do.
