We installed new windows in our home 18 months ago. This past March, a sprinkler head malfunctioned and sprayed water directly onto a living room window. The water seeped into our home through a faulty seal and between the double-paned glass of the window sash. I contacted Window World and they could not have been more helpful. They sent out a team of installers to assess the problem and informed us that they would replace the window sash. The sash was replaced in April. The entire process was smooth and there were no attempts to deny our claim. The company accepted their responsibility and made it right. I would not hesitate to recommend Window World to anyone needing window replacement as they are a company with the integrity to stand behind their work and their products.

This is the second renovation where we have used window world for our windows, Sliding glass doors, and now garage doors. They truly understand customer satisfaction and do everything they can to install a perfect product. We will always go to them for any of our renovations. They will go above and beyond to make their customers, repeat customers. Everyone we interacted with from the sales person to the installation and administration staff, were all courteous and professional. They are a pleasure to do business with. If you go to window world for any of your renovation needs, you will not be disappointed!

I’ve always had a good experience with WW-LA. The price was far less than competitors and the quality was on-par or beyond that of the competition. I’ve had the need for two service calls (so far). But, only remembered to request one of them. When the tech came to address the one I scheduled he was able to fix the second one on the fly. I’d highly recommend the company. In addition to the great staff, they use all forms of comms to communicate. I can’t tell you HOW valuable it is to be able to text dispatch for scheduling.

I called Window World of Los Angeles to have a garage door cracked window replaced.The representative told me the whole garage door has to be replaced . I explained to him that the window can be removed by unscrewing 10 screws. He said the only way to fix the window is to replace the whole door. Beware of this company. They are desperate to make money by not being honest.

I called for an estimate and had appointment set. The representative called one hour prior to appointment and said he had a flat tire and wasn’t going to be able to make it. Understandably, I rescheduled for the following week. My husband worked his schedule around the arranged time. The representative was a complete no-show. No-call, no-show... very unprofessional. We have a big job that we were serious about, receiving quotes around 25k from other companies. I guess Window World didn’t need our business.
