I recently had to gut my house due the flood in January and was forced to rent a place for me and my family to stay while we let our house air out and be disinfected. Due to this I need a contractor who would begin asap but obviously I didn’t want to sacrifice quality. Amit came out and gave us an estimate very quickly and offered to start within days. I ended up choosing him and I am very pleased and he finished on time as he promised. I decided I would paint myself since I have a sprayer so his crew even covered all my new flooring they installed so I could paint. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing work on your home! Here’s some before and after pics. They dry walled and textured, leveled floors and replaced flooring along with replacing my interior doors!

Amit and his crew were absolutely INCREDIBLE!! We decided to do a bathroom remodel and got quotes from various companies. When I met with Amit, he was honest and understood what we wanted to do. He was very communicative and talked with us every step of the way. This is late, but I think with a remodel/rebuild, you need to see how things turn out quality-wise after some usage. This work was completed around Sep 2022 and I feel like six months of usage is a good time to look back and reflect.Dina the project manager was the gold standard for contractors. Attentive and responsive. Pushed us to be creative, but never as an upsell.The work was a total re-flooring job and kitchen remodel after we had flood damage. They were flexible with us living there as they moved around to repaint and redo the floors. They were responsive to feedback and didn't haggle over issues where we thought they were not done well enough. Dina came in big here too and it always felt like she went to bat for us.Anyways, it was great work by everyone who came in. Helpful, professional. The big thing wasn't that it was mistake-free, but the mistakes were acknowledged, corrected (above and beyond), and those mistakes didn't cost us.

I contacted Friendly Remodeling on Yelp & Amit, the owner, called me within minutes & set up a time to come to my home the next day. He spent a lot of time with me discussing what I wanted for our home, gave me a lot of new ideas, & reassured me that he is accountable to keeping his customers happy. I met with a few other contractors who were short with their time & little to no human connection. Amit has a wonderful energy & I trusted him! Most of the work my home needed was handy man type stuff. Painting, changing fixtures. I was given an estimate timeframe of 7-10 days to complete the work. His crew of guys were great, Angel & Anthony were the 2 main guys who worked on our home. They are kind, friendly, funny, hard working guys w/ young families. What I loved about Amit, Angel, & Anthony is they were very strong on communication. Always updating, following up, giving clear details on the progress. Anthony was the one that did the bulk of the work, hes a hard worker. Showed up on time every day & worked hard the whole time he was here. They also were very accommodating to my dog, just mindful of him coming & going, making sure the front gate was closed so he couldnt get out, etc.The project took closer to 5 weeks but I really was ok with it taking longer than expected. I have children & our afternoons can be very busy so the guys would come & work during the day & wrap up early afternoon. Ive noticed some inconsistencies with the work but I also think that low budget projects may not get the same attention to detail that full remodels do.I would definitely use Friendly Remodeling in the future & recommend them.
