I had Multitaskr build an ADU so I can move in my elderly Mother closer to us. During the initial stages communication and timely deliverables were a challenge, specially during pandemic timeframe. I've requested as the customer for Multitaskr to show me project timelines and communicate delays if any. Overtime I saw drastic improvements in this area and pleased with the weekly updates to inform us of what to expect next.Fast forward to today we have a beautiful 400sq ADU that our friends and family continue to inquire about. I've recommended Multitaskr to friends and neighbors that are also starting their own project with Multitaskr. Although we had hiccups in the beginning, Multitaskr are serious about being customer focused and have implemented changes based on my feedback on how they can improve from a customer standpoint.

First let me say that my project was finished in May which I am very pleased with but had a lengthy delay due to covid & lack of tradesmen, supplies, weather, personnel turnover, etc. It was a perfect storm for bad timing. Therefore, please keep in mind I want to be truthful so I’m writing this review with all of these delays or issues behind me. What is IMPORTANT TO KNOW, is the integrity of this company. Although my project had many problems, they have followed through with everything they said they would do, without raising any pricing, even as all their costs & supplies increased. They even provided me with complimentary items, being thankful for my patience. I want to call a shout out to Daniel Blanco for his attentiveness & compassion & communication skills. He continues to be available to answer any questions, concerns, or issues I might find. There were other employees that deserve recognition as well, like Sebastian Salgado, the initial sales rep that stayed with me until plans were finally submitted to the city & Nolan de la Serna who did a wonderful job helping me select appliances, fixtures, & accessories. Also, available upper management: Patricio Amaya & Raul Fernandez. If there is one caution I would suggest, it would be to vet & approve any subcontractor they might contract to do the entire build. Standard subcon’s like foundation, plumbing, electrical…those I would not be as concerned with vetting as single subcon’s but doing the whole build without disclosing that to the customer is not what I expected & I would have wanted to investigate & approve their background first. But I think they’ve learned lessons along the way, as well as I & we’ve gotten beyond that now. They have made good on any issues I’ve had & all of my concerns & still continue to answer my texts, even though I’m not the easiest customer to work with, being a very detailed-oriented person with lots of questions. :-) I believe we all need a little grace now & again & I can honestly say I am so glad that I chose MultiTaskr as my contractor. Once again, it was a very tough time period in our history & I continue to believe that they are a company of sincere integrity & will become a huge success sticking with that model. I hope this is helpful.PS - everyone who enters this ADU loves it!

If you're looking for an ADU contractor, look no further and contact this company. The interaction with my salesman, Matt B., has exceeded my expectations. Matt is responsive, personable, knowledgeable and resourceful. I am retired and have a fixed income, yet he was able to figure out how to get me financed. As far as responsiveness, he will respond to my emails or texts within a couple of hours - often right away.The resources of Multitaskr are all phenomenal - from the COO to the GC to the surveyors. The feasiblity study and proposal were easy to understand and presented in a professional manner.Give them a call and a chance to compete for your business for any ADU needs. Kudos to Matt and the team at Multitaskr!

We worked with Eric to fix our retaining walls. His team did a fantastic job. They dug out behind our existing walls to install the proper drainage and backfill. We also had them finish installing our brick patio. Very communicative and fair with pricing and changes. We will absolutely use them again!

Loved these guys! My mother-in-law was looking to do a kitchen remodel and struggling to find contractors who got the right idea.She’s pretty particular about what she wants. My cousin Stephanie recommended she got a PDP. I was pleasantly surprised because it includes a home diagnostic and a render you can navigate with VR Goggles. They also have a dedicated team that helped my mother-in-law select her finishes within her budget.It has been a good experience so far, we’re expecting to have the kitchen finished by the end of January.

In the beginning of my project, I was confused about my direction and what I exactly needed. Multitaskr Construction helped me to design my project for exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. I had a personal/planner who worked with me and involved himself with all my questions and concerns. They followed up and followed through with me daily if I needed it. They were always thorough and professional and I was so confident when I seen my virtual project before starting. My final garage project was completed today and I can not express how important these days that we receive the value and service that we as customers deserve. Thank you, well job done!

My ADU project was planned during the pandemic and even with a lot of obstacles in the way was completed including permits and with delays in some supplies needed to complete the project. The project took a little longer than plan but was completed by the Multitasker team.Javier Camarena
