We really enjoyed our experience with Raul and Osuna’s roofing. They were quick, communicative and very thorough and clean. My next door neighbor hired Osuna’s Roofing Pros. The workers left a metal rod along with other materials unsecured on my neighbors roof. The rod slid off the roof and damaged my window. The workers verbally agreed to repair my damaged window. On the last day of completion, I reminded the worker about his agreement to repair my window to which he replied, “Don’t worry. I won’t forget.” The workers left and didn’t bother coming back or contacting us. Very unprofessional to say the least.
