We signed our contract in May. The project is still not completed. They have collected 60,000.00 of the 104,000.00 project . I don't know if we'll ever see them again.Quote from owner,"There is only two types of stucco,One that is cracked, and one that is waiting to crack."I wish he would of told that to us prior to changing our wood sided home to stucco.We still have a lot of touch up work to be done. There is still equipment on our property and some cleaning Id like to have done.I will update at the end of January. The company says they're waiting on paint. 7 months later.Service: General construction

Very thorough on a new, great looking shingle roof that is warrantied for the life of the house. Great job also on gutters and rear windows. Exploring now their house paint options also guaranteed for life of the house (CoolWall). Will continue to use for their responsiveness and jobs well done!

My stucco was cracking and I had to do something to get it restored. I went with PandaWhite's recommended Tex-cote Cool Wall instead of the traditional stucco. Panda White came to us and just the right time. As a new homeowner, one of the first things I wanted to do was to upgrade our old windows. They were patient with all my questions and hesitations and gave me a price that honestly couldn't be beat. And the windows they installed were of great quality, even better than expected. They did a great job with the install. They were quick, friendly and professional.One window was shattered by a landscaper who accidentally sent a rock flying with his weed eater. The last heavy rain we had in 2023, showed that we had a few leaks so we went looking for a roofing company. Pandawhite was great, their sales man Ali Hamidy showed there products, contractors license, and bond information(just in case). Made us feel he was here foe us and not a sale. Work lasted about 2 weeks, and only had one problem of a mess left in our front yard. When we called to ask them not to do that, they came and cleaned up and never had a problem again. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.
