We had a cement tile roof lift and re-lay. There is nothing negative to say about this company. Great communication, on time and the crew was great. Price was very competitive and there were no additional charges. That may have been luck, damage to sheeting and other wood was limited but did include a sheet of plywood and a small section of eave. Excellent workmanship and materials. The Project Coordinator (Ramon) and Lead Roofer (Santos) were very responsive when needed and paid attention to detail and customer concerns. Project was completed quickly, the only delay was getting the city inspector out. I paid the additional fee for the inspections to maintain records and assure code compliance. It wasn't necessary for compliance, they have a positive relationship and reputation with the inspector I spoke with. Glad we chose Roof Masters.

The Roof Masters did a fantastic job reroofing our house. They operate as a well oiled machine and completed the work in two days. They estimated what needed to be completed, kept me informed and followed through with high quality execution. The complete process (estimation, communication, materials delivery etc) was flawless. The onsite workers were polite, worked extremely hard and did a thorough clean up at the end. I was able to get answers to my questions in a timely manner (often within 5 minutes, never longer than 2 hours). We are very, very pleased with our new roof and The Roof Masters Team.

I hired The Roof Masters to replace the underlayment on my roof and replace my gutters in August. Their prices were competitive and fair. They did a great job within the time frame that they quoted. Everyone was professional and the work crew cleaned up every day, with a focus on removing nails that had fallen onto the ground. A few months later Cesar came to follow up on a few things that I had recently noticed. After I contacted them with my concerns, they had scheduled Cesar to come to my house within a week. He is both knowledgeable and friendly. I was pleased with the work that Cesar did and recommend The Roof Masters for roof or gutter repair or replacement.

Your employees are who represent your company. I was told several times that I would receive a gift card because their workers destroyed my Aloe Vera plants. I was told it was mailed out twice which I didn’t receive, then I was told that Rigo the project manager would bring it by and never heard anything after that. I left several messages and I’ve also spoken with Karinna on several occasions. Again, the face of your company are the people that you employ. Your WORD IS YOUR BOND, and that should mean something.Overall, my roof looks great. The workers did a great job on the roof. I’m not sure why they had to cut wood out from the peak of the middle of the house but maybe it was for ventilation. I didn’t notice it until the project was done and if I was to call them to ask, I would never get a response so I didn’t call, but if there’s a leak I will call them back if it ever rains. No one is going to respect your property the way you would and it’s unfortunate that I lost several aloe vera plants due to them not caring. Something I take great pride in.I know in their contract it states that they are not responsible to look for landscaping, but when it’s done intentionally that’s when it’s a problem. I spoke to the project manager Rigo O. to expressed my concern. I also stated to him that I wanted all leftover material because it was not stated in the contract for them to take it. He stated to me that he will contact the workers and get back in touch with me. I sent him pics of what was damaged with my flowers and I never got a response. I also spoke to the ladies in the office to tell them my concern, and they stated to me that they would get in touch with him, but he never called me back.The fact that they took my concerns, so lightly is what bothers me the most. I covered my plants for for protection, but not for them to deliberately throw debris on top of it. They had a dumpster in front of my house no more than 8 feet from where they destroy my plants.Paint was spilled on the side of my house all over the fence. The worker tried to clean up the mess before I got back. Had I not come home at that time I don’t believe he would’ve told me that that had happened. I would’ve had to of noticed it myself. Yeah they try to clean up the spill it discolored the fence and it doesn’t look good and yes I am going to paint it, but that’s not the point the fact that the project manager did not get back in touch with me. Unfortunately, their success has brought unwelcome attention from their competitors who have taken it upon themselves to slander these hardworking, honest, and ethical business owners and employees. Roof Masters is legit! They installed a metal roof at our house, replaced our son’s roof, and have helped a number of people we’ve referred to them. They are always on top of it, fairly priced, and know their stuff! Love the owners, the team, the product, and the service! Excellent on all points!

My experience with Roof Masters began on March 29th when they installed a skylight for me. Unfortunately, what followed was a cascade of issues that left me deeply dissatisfied with their service.The day after installation, rainfall revealed a significant problem: the skylight leaked. I promptly reached out to Roof Masters to request an inspection, which, after repeated follow-up calls, they eventually arranged. It took two days of persistent efforts on my part to obtain an update on the status of the inspection.Upon examination, it was discovered that the installers had failed to properly seal the skylight, resulting in the leak. Remedying their oversight required an additional two hours of labor to apply caulking and mastic. To compound matters, a Roof Masters employee onsite exhibited a lack of professionalism by blaring loud music, causing discomfort to both tenants and workers in the property.The repercussions of this flawed installation were extensive. I was forced to incur an additional $850 in expenses to repair the damage inflicted on the drywall and insulation, necessitating the installation of new materials and a complete repainting.Despite assurances from Roof Masters, including promises of reimbursement for the damages caused by their negligence, the resolution has been frustratingly elusive. Follow-up calls to the Operations Manager yielded little progress, with promised deadlines passing without any meaningful updates.Furthermore, when I sought clarification on their warranty, I was met with an unnecessary hurdle: access to warranty information was contingent upon signing a document labeled as "Final."At this juncture, I am left questioning Roof Masters' commitment to rectifying their mistakes and providing satisfactory customer service. The lack of accountability, coupled with communication failures, has left me profoundly disappointed in their professionalism and integrity.While I remain hopeful for a resolution, based on my experience thus far, I cannot in good conscience recommend Roof Masters to others. I will continue to monitor the situation and update this review accordingly.UPDATEDisappointingly, April 12th came and went without any communication from Roof Masters. After leaving a message for the Operations Manager on April 17th requesting an update, I followed up with another call on April 18th. To my surprise, I was informed that she still hadn't heard back from the owner.As the Operations Manager, it's concerning that she hadn't been able to communicate with the owner for over two weeks, especially considering the urgency of my request and the promised timeline. What's more frustrating is the lack of proactive communication on their end—I had to initiate contact to inquire about the status of my request.This delay and apparent lack of urgency give the impression that Roof Masters is dragging their feet, perhaps hoping I'll forget about the issue altogether.Additionally, when I inquired about their warranty, I received an email stating that access to warranty information requires signing a document labeled as "Final." This requirement seems unnecessary and raises further questions about their transparency and customer service practices. See attached picture of the email they sent me.Overall, Roof Masters' handling of my concerns has been disappointing, to say the least. Their failure to adhere to promised timelines and their apparent reluctance to address the issue in a timely manner have only added to my frustration.I will continue to pursue resolution, but based on this experience, I'm left with serious doubts about Roof Masters' commitment to customer satisfaction and accountability. I urge others to consider these factors before engaging their services.

I received bids from several contractors and this company seemed to have the best reviews (check Google and Yelp) and the most satisfied customers. I agreed to the proposal and they were able to start within a week. This is very different from other contractors who said I would have to wait several months. The work crew that came out was extremely good. They cleaned up every day and the roof and trim looks absolutely beautiful. There was a lot of extensive wood damage so we did need to amend the contract for a higher price. As with any construction project, always make sure you have a contingency. In the end, I'm very happy with how it turned out and many neighbors have asked for a recommendation. I would definitely use them again.

A great company and very hard workers. I had an extremely pleasant experience with The Roof Masters, especially Rigo and Karinna. I am extremely detailed and specific with processes and communication and to say this team exceeded my expectations is an understatement.I received many different bids for the work but the roof masters was the best price for the work I needed done. Even after all of the wood rot repairs and closing up some design openings from the 90s, their price was under the other quotes I got from major roofers.The team that worked on my house were some of the kindest and hardest working people. I trusted them to do the work correctly and to communicate when issues arose, which is exactly what happened.There were a few hiccups here and there but nothing project altering.Update: they left quite a few white paint stains on our driveway and 5 oil stains as well. They came back to try to remove the paint stains but they’re not coming off. I was able to remove the oil stains with an oil eating solution. Disappointed with the paint stains.

It took them four days to complete the job which included termite damage repair. The workers were very efficient and cleaned up every day after they were finished. Rigo came out to do our estimate and it was better than most of the rest we got. They were patient with us while we gathered info and got estimates from multiple companies, and were able to work around our schedule for the best install time. Karinna was our project coordinator and was there every step of the way, sending helpful emails, letting us know what to expect, answering our questions and keeping us updated. I requested roof quotes from Yelp, HomeAdvisor, and BBB. 5 companies reached out to schedule times to meet. 3 called me and used google maps to give me a quote (you can’t develop a relationship with a customer over the phone, I am old school in that to foster a relationship with a customer you need to have that contact with a customer. I know we are in a time that contact is not something that is encouraged, but being outside, with masks and staying 6 feet away, you can still develop that relationship), 1 never called me back.Only ONE company actually made the effort to come to my home, fly a drone over my home for custom photos and that Rigo from Roof Masters. Rigo was so patient as I asked all my questions, believe me there was a lot. He stepped me through what the process would be and sent me a quote that evening. I needed to have my solar company out to take down the solar panels before they could start on the roof, I got the date from the solar company to come out and take down the panels and Rigo was able to start the next day. Everything just sort of fell into place.Everyone in the office that I had communication with from Claudia to Gaby were just so nice and accommodating, they worked around my schedule instead of the other way around. I don’t believe I ever had to call, they were in constant contact with me.On the start date Rene the Forman and his crew showed up, they worked fast and efficiently, they were always considerate of the other people in my cul-de-sac with their vehicles, they even worked on Sunday. If I had any questions Rene always took a moment to answer any questions I had or my husband had, my husband likes to get involved and they were patient while he asked his questions. They cleaned up every day before they left the house, picking up nails, pieces of old roof tiles, debris from the front, side and back yard. They left the way they found the yard each day they came.I just can’t say enough how pleasant this experience was, I was so nervous about replacing my roof, I was nervous because I didn’t know anything about the process or what to expect. But Roof Masters took my hand and walked me through everything, slowly, patiently and took care of us.When the job was done the crew took great pains to make sure nails or any metal objects were picked up by taking a magnet on a stick around the yard, we have four little fur babies and they took great care that they would be ok after the job was done.If you are replacing your roof and want a company that will walk you through the whole process you will want to go with Roof Masters, ask for Rigo and you will not go wrong and you will end up with a beautiful roof at a competitive price when all is said and done.Service: Roof installation

Simon and his crew were also top notch with their work. It is a messy job and they were timely, tidy and professional. RoofMasters were on time and willing to accommodate my questions and concerns during a re-roof in a senior community. The documentation they provided to prepare me for the project gave excellent tips on what to do to protect my property and prepare me for what to expect. During their work they uncovered some rotting beams and promptly removed them. I was grateful for their proactively, possibly averting damage from structure failure during a future storm. When the workmen left, every scrap from their work was picked up and taken away. I especially appreciated having Rigo available by phone anytime I needed to ask a question. When the work was completed, I was pleasantly surprised that Jhonny M came by, introduced himself at my front door, and inquired about my experience and opinion of their work. I gladly give everyone who worked on my roof an A+. Customer service with RoofMasters is excellent and the quality of the work is top notch. I recommend them highly based on my personal experience.
