Everyone I have talked with from Five Stars Roofing is so nice and friendly and knowledgeable. They know their product well. They could answer any questions I had. The Crews that do the work and very hard workers and do great work. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable being around them. I have had my windows replaced and my roof replaced, next week the attack is being done. I know I don’t have to worry about anything when they are here, they are like an extended part of my family.

My wife and I have been really happy with the way Five Stars Roofing handles its services. They’ve helped us with replacing our windows and now our roof. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining what might be necessary and why. They answered all our questions and informed us about things we had no idea about. Their prices are fair, but on the high side, which is no problem thanks to a fantastic warranty and great follow up customer service. Can’t say enough about them!

Great from start to end. Explanations from reps to the hard working installers. I hate the tactics in trying to get customer to buy a service they can't afford. If possible, tailor your representation to meet the customer's financial ability, if it does not compromise your standard. Windows are working as advertised.

We have several home improvement projects underway including repair work to my gutters. My husband contacted this company for an estimate. The owner returned his call promptly and worked with him to schedule the repairs to fit in with our work schedule and the other project work on my calendar. After the job was scheduled, my husband noticed a large wasp hive under the eve of the house and needed to reschedule so we could first have the hive removed. The owner was very accommodating of this change. Afterwards, when the roofing crew arrived, they performed the work quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the results and the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend them. It's so refreshing to have a contractor work on your home and leave you feeling the work was well done and worth the investment, and the contractor was professional and courteous! 5 stars.
