Cypress Coast removed our old front and rear fencing, and replaced it with an amazing steel grid fence in front and redwood fence with metal posts in the back. Loren (project manager) was very professional, helpful and communicative through the whole process. Morgan and Tatum were also very professional and responsive with scheduling, estimates and billing. Gary did a great job sourcing quality materials and ensuing we were happy with the final product.Most importantly Hugo (foreman) and his crew were very professional and created a stunning, high quality fence. Cypress Coast Fence is an amazing company. They install a beautiful front facing fence and garbage enclosure for your home in Carmel. Their craftsmanship is top notch and the lumber they source is insanely beautiful. Katie (estimator, project manager) was great to work with. We recently had our front, corner-lot fence replaced by Cypress Coast Fence. This was the first time in 20+ years as a homeowner, I was unconditionally delighted with the process and the outcome. The folks at Cypress Coast are all professional and lovely to work with from the office manager to the estimator/project manager, and fence builders. They explained all options and the process clearly, kept in close touch regarding scheduling, and confirmed our choices at every step throughout. The quality of wood and installation are exactly as promised. The workers were so unobtrusive and respectful that I actually missed their presence when the fence was done. That's a first! From the moment we contacted Cypress Coast Fence, they were very responsive, answering all our questions, explaining the process, and guiding us on the correct fence for our needs.We lost our old fence in the CZU fire, so we were looking for a company to remove the old, burnt up fence and create a new, awesome fence for our large 1/2 acre of land. Because we had our insurance company covering some of the cost, we asked Cypress Coast Fence to stay within our budget. After some help from Katie, going back and forth on material selection, design, and eliminating some features, we made a compromise that fit our budget, but did not disappoint us on the finished product.The morning of the fence construction, Katie was back on site, walking us through the process, making sure we were all on the same page. Soon her crew was working on removing all the burnt wood and wire, along with tree branches and other debris that we didn't even consider. After the first day, the land was cleared, the fence layout was planned, the corner structures were secured in place and set in concrete to cure over night for the next days construction.The next day, the crew got an early start, building the fence that would exceed all our expectations. There were some "bumps in the road",removing some large boulders (this is Boulder Creek, after all) and finding other un-expected surprises during the excavation. But, by the end of the day, we had an amazing fence that was strong, well constructed, and so much more appealing than we anticipated.We highly recommend Cypress Coast Fence, and want to thank Katie and all the amazing people we had the pleasure to meet and work with on this project. The entire team at Cypress Coast were awesome. They helped us plan out the fencing which we needed giving recommendations for cost, looks and effectiveness. Katie did an amazing job walking us through every little piece of the fence helping to mark exactly where the fence would begin and end and what those transitions and joints would look like. We did a walk through with the crew on site to ensure everyone was on the same page and they knocked it out of the park. The crew of 3 who were on site all week did precise work while being friendly and considerate of our space. People walking by literally say "Nice gate", and I couldn't agree more.

CCF was fabulous with all aspects of our fence. Katie made the estimate, quickly understanding our goals, and Luisa followed up soon after with a comprehensive bid. Luisa handled being in touch with neighbors, provided information about options, sent pictures to describe possible fence styles, and amended the bid several times based on our changes. Installing the fence was just as top notch: David and Irwin worked efficiently and smoothly the first two days followed by David and William on the final day....all consistently showing attention to detail, keeping me informed of the plan and progress, and going above and beyond. Their workmanship is exceptional, and everyone took time and consideration to produce a quality product, even though we did not purchase an expensive design. Katie and Luisa and Morgan in the office, and David, Irwin and William at the property, were all friendly, considerate and incredible to work with. We worked with Cypress Coast Fence to install permanent deer fence around a subsection of our property along with a driveway gate and two pedestrian walk gates. They installed Black PVC coated mesh with Black T midposts and wood angle, brace, and end posts. The fence looks great and more importantly, is seriously strong and well-installed.Cypress provided initial estimates with a rapid response to our initial inquiry. Katie, Morgan, and Luisa were very helpful walking us through our options and how we could best address our needs within our budget. After costing out multiple options, we settled on one and moved ahead.Cypress installed a ground-tight, *very* strong fence. Very professional from initial consultation to finished product. We had lots of questions and looked at numerous design, quality and cost saving options.Our fence was a 6' con heart redwood picture frame neighbor friendly design. Our neighbors were very happy with the design and were happy with the process and end product.We got another bid that was comparable in price but likely lower quality. No comparison to experience, quality and design. The crew was timely and kept the job site neat. They worked very hard and always maintained a good attitude, even when the work was tedious or complicated.
