I have worked with Ron and the team at Precision Construction Co. on a number of very successful projects over the years. These include the construction of my own home and multiple commercial and retail construction jobs ranging from small to large. They have always delivered a great product for the right money and they continue to be one of our preferred contractors. Very trustworthy, very reliable and very good at what they do. Nothing is ever a problem and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Precision Construction Company was the best company I could have ever contacted. I remodeled my parent's home which was a difficult undertaking considering its age and the complications associated with new construction which had to look like it was part of the original house, not an add-on, the out of date plumbing and electrical, and interior appearance. Ron Bahat and his crew were tireless in making sure everything was right, from the 80 year old hardwood floors to the amazing kitchen and bath renovations. This company and its owner, Ron Bahat, were honest and timely and their workmanship was excellent. They were there when they said they would be and kept to the budget. When changes needed to be made, which does happen, they were upfront and truthful and gave me all the options necessary to make the right decisions. They stand behind their work. I would recommend Precision Construction without reservation whether it be new construction or rehabbing an older home. They are the best!
