We had a main line obstruction on a day we needed to be at Eisenhower for a pre-surgery appointment. What a great day for a main line obstruction. We hired Action Pumping to pump our septic tank, which hadn't been emptied since we bought the house in early 2021. Prior to moving to the high desert, we had never dealt with a septic tank system before, so we had a lot of questions We called Action Pumping and the woman on the line was super helpful and transparent on costs, she scheduled us for an appointment the next day even though we didn't urgently need it (we had no backing up or overflow, we were just emptying before our 3 year mark). Thomas arrived as scheduled to our house and began digging. He knew where our tank was based on county records and found it almost immediately. While he was over, we asked him many questions since both of us had never owned a house with a septic tank before. He happily answered all our questions (and yes, we had a lot of questions) - he was very knowledgeable and knew so much about septic tanks and maintenance! We told him our future plans for the backyard, and he gave us suggestions on how to keep the tank accessible after the renovations. Thomas is AMAZING, and we highly recommend both him and Action Pumping. The price was exactly what they quoted us, but Thomas did let us know about any added costs if we were to encounter issues. He pumped out the tank and flushed it. Everything is running great! We will definitely be using Action Pumping again and will have to call and schedule an appointment for them to install a riser prior to our backyard renovations. Great value! Great company! My experience with Action Pumping was great. They came out promptly, pumped out my septic tank as requested and located the source of a water leak. Sam, the service person, contacted me and was very informative and helpful. I found the office contacts, Shilo and Heather, to be very efficient and friendly, too. All around a good experience. When I had asked my friends who they had used and trusted, they both said "Action," which seemed like a good enough sign to me. I'll add my name to that recommendation and I'll know who to call next time.

Knowing that I can reliably hand off underground plumbing problems with just one phone call is a huge relief, especially when in the middle of a septic nightmare. I've relied on Action for 15 years on various residential and commercial projects to rehab old systems, design and install new systems, and assist with complex permit issues. The guys are all polite and professional, with many of the same faces over the years. It's a plus that they have good recall of past work, and more than once this has saved expensive and disruptive excavation/rediscovery costs. Wish all of my vendors were this easy to work with.

Action Pumping came to our rescue again! The first time was a couple of years ago when they installed a new septic system at our home. That was a planned emergency project, but our recent main line stoppage was not. And of course it happened over the New Years holiday when trying to get plumbing help is almost impossible. Almost! To make matters worse we found out how useless the Home Warranty company that we pay annually for just such emergencies turned out to be, only to be told they could schedule a plumber to come out a week later. Can you imagine living in your home without having the use of any of your drains for a Week?! Think about what we were already dealing with and having to continue that for another week. We would have had to get a hotel room! Even after the Home Warranty company “escalated” our case it was still an unacceptable wait time. That’s when I remembered Action Pumping. I usually only think about them for outside septic tank issues and not drainage problems inside the house. So I got on the phone with Shilo from Action Pumping and she had Jerry at my front door by 7:30am the next morning! Jerry was the ultimate in his trade. He was a one man show that had everything he needed to find where and what the blockage was and showed me everything along the way. He was professional and kind with me and I appreciated that sooo much because I had had a rough couple of days by then. He cleared the problem and also helped me brainstorm a different issue I’ve been curious about how to solve. My lesson out of all of this is to contact Action Pumping first for any drainage problems we have. And to reevaluate our Home Warranty company and its value as far as it’s usefulness with other non plumbing risks. Thank you Jason, Shilo and of course…Plumber of the year, Jerry!

First of all I had a Estimate from Oct.2018 that they didn't want to honor they said would have to talk to I guess the owner, There Estimate didn't have a "Dead Line Date". When I had the estimate given at my home I ask them this sewer hookup might drag on for some time that person told me not to worry. Two or three days went by before getting back with the estimate being honored. The job was done on 12/09/2021 this day I went to the office to ask them to have there tractor removed the Owner wearing a black cowboy hat said they will get it removed that day, a small truck came by and "Never Got Out" of it then drove off. Five days have gone by with No phone call and tractor still there. Photos show the mess left behind. I have looked at others yards up & down my block seams there yards look good or nothing like mine.I think they didn't like honoring my Estimate of $2,000 as others are paying upwards of $2,900 and more. I would advise others to not use them they don't keep there word and are very messy.They did answer this posting by saying they would do everything to make it right, I think they should have did a better job the first time DON"T YOU THINK SO !Service: Septic system installation

We were connected to the sewer system this week. A team of highly professional workmen from Action Pumping, Inc., arrived at 6:30 AM on Monday morning and attached our double septic system to the street in three and a half days. It was not a simple process. They had to go under a concrete driveway and pathway, avoid shrubs and Joshua trees, and move hundreds of decorative rocks and boulders. Even with the concrete work and them doing multiple jobs at the same time I never felt as the work on my property was put on the back burner. Had to have the septic tank cleaned and certified per the county and for escrow. They were responsive to my deadlines and cleaned out the septic even though a tenant had flushed needles and an excessive amount of wipes into the toilet. Later when the buyers requested the two toilets replaced, Action Pumping gave me an appointment within two days! The plumbers that showed up, Jacob and Jonathon, were professional and extremely clean. The toilets were pretty disgusting, they made sure to clean the area and even took the old ones away.
