Neil is one of the best I've worked with in the real estate and home building business. He is one of the MOST responsive and reliable. He is also very patient and answered and took care of any and all of questions and concerns I had. We purchased a tiny home from Neil and everything was well thought out. With all of the rain in the last six months Neil has sent his team out twice now to fill in some dirt that has been washed away in the front yard. Absolutely as good as it gets! Ryan did an amazing job on our carpets. We are very impressed with the quality of Ryan's work. He even pretreated the stains. He was on time, very friendly, easy to reach, quick to respond and just perfect for what we needed. This is a great deal for only $99!Ryan is a man of many talents. Aside from carpet cleaning, he told us that he does design work, prints and distributes business cards in the desert all the way to Big Bear and Lake Havasu. He even offered to install our new ceiling fan. We will most definitely be calling him back to help with our carpets, business card and ceiling fan needs.

Highly recommend Rauschenberg Construction. They did the concrete for the driveway, a slab for the hot tub and another slab for a shed. The work was great and they were very honest and communicative throughout the process. I also purchased a home they had built. I am a real estate investor and the home they built is the best quality and close eye to detail that I’ve ever purchased. If I need to build or remodel another home in the future, I will be calling Rauschenberg.
