Wow! So pleased with the work that Kip from Alcon performed. It was very much a situation of fitting a square door into a round hole, and it turned out beautifully! Wouldn’t hesitate to use Alcon again!

Took a few days for them to get free for my job and I had to call them again, but when they came they were quick and effective in installing a new motor for the garage door. By the way, if your door seems to be opening and closing by itself, I was told it is likely the motherboard. Unfortunately my motor was ancient and parts are no longer made. But these folks are quick and efficient. Highly recommended!

We had to replace our original door from our 1930’s house (which is quite the challenge). I have to say, I didn’t think a door could turn out so beautiful!
