We are so happy with the results achieved by A Plus Contractors in finishing our basement, which included adding a bedroom, escape window, full bathroom, a storage area, and open living space. Their expertise was evident from the beginning as they consulted with us and helped create the most functional layout for the space based on what we wanted. Communication was friendly, timely, and professional, which fostered trust and made us feel like a partner throughout the project. The quality of work by them was excellent on everything including the plumbing, electric, drywall, tile, flooring and trim! We wouldn't hesitate to hire Melvin and Kevin again for their exceptional services.

I would highly recommend A Plus Contractors. They just completed a kitchen remodel for me that was a full gut job. It involved removing part of a wall, new flooring, cabinetry, and tile work. Mel and Kevin did a great job, and were respectful of working in my home. Mel has been my point of contact, and he was easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions or concerns. Kevin and Melvin came in to help fix our water heater. They did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable; they have at least ten years of experience. In addition, the cost for their help was very reasonable. Would hire again and recommend to others.

A-Plus gets an A+ with us. They replaced our bathroom tile & fixtures. They did an awesome job!!!!We then had them replace our roof. They did a great job on this project as well. I have used A Plus Contractors for about 8 years and they are the only contractors I would ever use. Kevin and Melvin have done numerous upgrades to my home including; a bathroom remodel, back deck and fence repairs, they even did a house lift when I noticed I had some structural damage. Being a single mother, its always hard for to find someone I can trust to come into my home and to give me a fair price. They even help me out every spring and fall with getting my swamp cooler going and then winterizing it. No job is to big or small for these guys. They get the job done right and fast. I would recommend them every time!!

I had hardwood floors put throughout my home and I'm very pleased I went with A-Plus. Melvin and company put a kitchenette in our basement and built a doorframe in a less than ideal space in order install a door and separate two areas of our house. It was all too notch work which they blended seamlessly to the rest of the house. They even came back for a smaller issue down the road (not related to their work) and fixed it on extremely short notice. Highly recommend A Plus!!

Melvin was on time for our appointment and thorough in getting the information for the bid. However, it took several weeks and several reach outs to Melvin about the bid before I actually received it. The bid did come in comparative to another bid I received.

I did not hire this company. This review is based solely on my interaction with them through the quote process.I emailed to set up a quote, but nobody responded (perhaps the account on their website isn't monitored). I later called and set up a time to have a quote made (which required my husband to leave work early), but they didn't show up. When I called to find out if they were coming, they were said to have written it down for a different day, and they did show up later that evening. They promised we'd have a quote in the next week as they were back logged with estimates. We never did receive an estimate. It's frustrating because it ended up being a disappointing interaction and a waste of all of our time.
