We had an insurance claim and he took the time to explain all the documents to us and helped us to deal with the insurance agency, which is no easy process!We'll look to them for help with some interior repairs as well. Altitude contracting was amazing! We hired them in the spring of 2022 to do a complete surface remodel of our house: roof, exterior paint, interior paint, kitchen cabinets repainted, countertops, backsplash and refinish wood floors. They were fast, reliable, and did an amazing job--all with a competitive bid on the work provided. All of the employees were kind, careful and respectful of our home. Alex was incredibly responsive and thorough--making sure we were happy every step of our project. Our friends and neighbors couldn't believe the scope of work accomplished within a month timeframe and everyone was very impressed with their work! Would recommend them again and again! Taylor and his crew did an excellent and very professional job for us. Even the county inspector commented to me about the high quality materials and workmanship they provided. They were flexible with timing needed by the insurance company and they worked with the adjuster to make sure everything was covered and completed. They did the tear off of the old roof, new roof installation, and inspections all in one day. Can't recommend them highly enough...would give them 6 stars if I could.

I was in need of some rain diverters as well as some gutter work and found Altitude Contracting online. I submitted my inquiry on their website and Alex contacted me shortly thereafter. After coming out for estimates, Alex was able to work with my schedule and get the work on the calendar and taken care of. Altitude Contracting did a fantastic job on two projects, paint and gutters, on my house remodel in Idaho Springs. Kyle was fantastic to work with in coming out to give me a bid, bringing Saul for the paint estimate and looking over the project details. Kyle got me an estimate within a few days and broke it down so that we could choose some or all of the project now or in the future. He even recommended alternative approaches to the facia and soffit areas next to the gutter to help save money since this was not an insurance fix and I was paying direct from my pocket. Kyle, Saul and the teams were both professional and during the COVID-19 lockdown, they were respectful of social distancing and the crew wore masks when interacting with me for questions.Being up in the mountains it is difficult to find companies that will come up for multiple days, work around the weather and make sure everything is done to our satisfaction. Kyle touched base frequently to check on the schedule, responded quickly to both emails and texts, and stopped by the project for progress, and shared pictures with me as well. Saul came to check on progress and reassess weather delays.I appreciated the details on the written contract, adjustments to accommodate changes along the way (had to add a gutter extension to accommodate for better drainage) and the bids came in about low to mid-range against the multiple quotes I received. I was pushy to get the paint done quickly because the remodel had a lot of raw wood that I did not want to leave exposed to the elements for a long period of time. Saul and his team did their best to get it done quickly.Were there minor issues, yes, but they got resolved quickly with no complaint, including spending extra time to make sure every nook and cranny was painted - which was difficult due to a lot of intricate wood work detailing. Another example, the extra gutter downspout we had to add onsite they ran out of the color I had picked and used plain white gutters they had on hand, then painted it the same color as the house afterwards. Given the option to come back later with another colored piece of aluminum siding, I chose to just paint it since there were other gutters already getting painted and this downspout was at the back of the house.Overall, I am very pleased with the work, and I get a lot of compliments on the paint and the gutters have worked well so far.

Altitude Construction even helped me find an independent appraiser to fight the insurance company. We hired Altitude Contracting after a bad hailstorm with golf ball sized hail. I was immediately impressed by their clean presentation and name tags and professional demeanor. They didn't pressure my husband and I to sign up with them, but offered services in a non pushy manner. The crew they hired to do our roof was amazing, they finished in one day! And they were clean, courteous and very nice. The gutter company just finished putting on new gutters, and they were equally professional and went out of their way to answer my questions about whether to get gutter shields or not, and again, not pushy at all. I am anticipating that the windows and painting companies through Altitude will be equally pleasant to work with. Like many of the reviews, I also found Jack to be super professional and authentically kind. You won't be disappointed with Altitude. This is our second experience with a roofing company after hail, and this second time around is so much better. Our first company actually disappeared!

This past spring we got hit by a bad hail storm that caused damage to our gutters, roof, and window shudders. So we notified our insurance company and started looking for companies to replace our roof. We noticed Altitude Contracting had excellent reviews from multiple sources so we contacted them and quickly got set up with a consultation appointment. We met with Jack Willoughby to go over all the details and processing for getting our repairs done. He was amazing to work with! Very professional and thorough and after meeting with him we felt great about our decision to work with Altitude Contracting. Understandably the whole process can seem overwhelming with all the moving pieces amongst insurance, mortgage companies, city inspectors, and in our case a solar company, but Jack did a truly exceptional job at making sure we understood what the next steps are and how to help guide us along. He contacted us often to check in and see if we had any questions or if there was anything we needed help with. His replies were always prompt and messages clearly communicated. We truly are thankful for the outstanding customer service Jack provided. We will absolutely work with Altitude Contracting in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their house.

Jack and his crew did a fantastic job. We had him check our roof for hail damage when they were out working on our neighbor's roof. Jack took pictures, talked me through the process with insurance, and even came out a second time to walk the roof with our insurance rep when they denied our claim the first time around. In the end, he helped us make sure we got it all paid for through insurance. He was super responsive throughout the process. When it came time for the roof work, the crew worked HARD for two solid days and then cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks great. We are really pleased with all of it, and Jack was great to work with!

I am very pleased with my experience with Altitude Contracting. A coworker referred me to Jack when I noticed the siding on my house was in pretty bad condition and my gutters started showing noticeable hail damage. Jack came out the next day to do a free inspection and was very professional – he took a lot of pictures of the damage I pointed out, as well as pictures of damage to our roof that I had no idea about. Jack managed to get our insurance to cover everything so I barely had any out-of-pocket cost, which is awesome considering how much work they did! The cold and snow made scheduling the work a little challenging, but Jack was great at keeping me updated with any changes or delays. Overall I would absolutely recommend going with Altitude if you are seeking competitive prices and excellent customer service for your roofing/ siding/ gutter work!

I recently had shingles replaced on my house and two sheds due to hail damage. Jack Willoughby managed the project from start to finish by identifying the damage, submitting photos and cost estimate to my insurance company, overseeing the crew, inspecting the final product, and communicating all information to me and my insurance company. We were in need of a complete overhaul on the new flat roof addition over our house. We knew that it was going to be on the pricier side ($5K for sure) so we called around to a bunch of places. Altitude Contracting was on the higher side of the 4 bids gathered, but they were willing to do so much more for us! Some places just wanted to rip off the rubber and relay new stuff and call it done. Our General Contractor Jack made sure his crew replaced all the structural plywood, as well as all rotted soffit. They made sure our gutters were off and back on within 24hours.Not only were they willing to complete all the additional things within a great time frame, but Jack himself was very helpful, accommodating, and had a good attitude the whole time!I didn't trust walking out on the old roof, now I would sit out there whenever its nice and sunny and not have any worries about whether it was safe to do so. I would highly recommend Jack & Altitude Contracting to anyone who needs work done on their house. Any kind of roofing repair is expensive, so you might as well have the guys who do the best work! I seriously can not say enough good things about these guys!!

As a renter with a leaking roof and a landlord in another state, it was great to have a terrific project manager. Jack came and did a very thorough assessment of the roof and identified several problems. He provided me with a detailed estimate, which included photographs. I was able to send to the landlord and start the process. Jack worked with the landlord and the insurance company to get us a new roof, gutters, and fix the leaks around our fireplace. The team is so hardworking, organized, and professional. They clean up everything every evening before they leave. I would highly recommend them. It is nice to just relax and know they are going to do a great job.

GREAT job on our NEW ROOF Altitude Contracting! We had damage to our roof from high winds and hail requiring a completely new roof. Jack at Altitude Contracting provided the most thorough inspection complete with pictures and explanations of the work to be done. The bid for the work was reasonble, engagement of our insurance adjuster was great, and the work site was cleaned up after the job complete. In addition, communication was superb throughout the project. We did have some areas of our vaulted ceiling in two rooms showing the nails or staples from the roof installation (this happens alot with roofs), yet here again Altitude came through - they sent a crew to repair our ceiling and painted the entirety of the ceilings in those two rooms so that they would be perfect once again. Just recently had my roof replaced with Altitude Contracting and worked with Kyle Schroder through out the entire process. The work crew was excellent and did a great cleanup afterwards. The roof looks great. Also had a swamp cooler removed and had all the vents removed and replaced with a continuous roof vent. Had some water damage on one of the eaves that was also repaired.
