We hired Colorado Building and Construction first for a total kitchen remodel, then for re-doing our staircase and finally for a new outdoor covered patio. Can't say enough about Nathan, Charlie and crew. They did most of the work themselves, only subbing out portions of the job better suited to specialists. We had heard stories regarding shoddy workmanship and long delays from friends on projects they had undertaken, but there was none of that with CB&C. They were here when said they would, the quality of the work was top notch, completion was on time and every detail was addressed and completed, including some additional small projects. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcomes.

I have used CBC contracting for several of my projects this past year. Complete kitchen remodel, bathrooms flooring, a full and complete basement remodel from scratch. They even helped out with some oddball HVAC work that I requested. I am a former retired contractor myself, I am very keen to what quality is and what quality is not. And these guys do it right!! I am fortunate enough to be able to pay for services. But with that said, I do require very high quality. Nathan, Charlie, Jordan and Mike are all super great crew. They treated my house with respect. They gave me great ideas I didn't even think of. And they made it affordable.They didn't excellent job on my projects. I highly recommend them to anyone without fail. I appreciate you guys for all the good work you've done at my house. I'm sure I will be calling you guys at some point this spring. You've heard NIGHTMARE stories about contractors. This is not one of them. We decided to remodel our entire main floor and reached out to CO Bldg & Construction for a bid. From the moment the owner walked into our home, we knew we were going to choose them. He had a vision for what our home *could* be, which is not always the case w/builders. Most will do what you ask them to, but to find someone with an eye for how to maximize the space and make changes you never even thought of is rare.Our project included new flooring, new cabinets, electrical, new doors, carpentry, painting, the works. Nathan, the owner managed all of it. Schedules, permits, timelines, supplies, contingencies. We paid only as milestones were reached and agreed to.Nathan's crew is second to none. They are skilled, trustworthy craftsmen who have been with him for years. Their work is high quality and they're just really nice guys.We never could have completed such a large project without a skilled contractor so we recommend CO Building & Construction without reservation.

We met Nathan at the Denver Home and Garden show last February and were very encouraged by his attentiveness and understanding of our desires for a new deck at our house.He came out to our house in May and we went over in detail what we were looking for. His estimate was extremely reasonable. In June, his crew came out to build our deck for our house.I can’t say enough, how awesome and professional, his crew was. They are all master craftsman, and it showed in the quality work, which was done on our deck. If I had a question, they were more than willing to explain. The crew were all gentleman, and just the best people I’ve ever worked with. Colorado Building and Construction recently finished a complete tear out and remodel of my basement. The results are stunning and I'm very pleased with the results. The most important decision anyone makes on a remodeling project is choosing the right contractor. Finding a contractor that is up front with the costs and gives you what you want is of paramount importance. I shopped around and found a number of contractors who either had a set format of materials and designs thereby severely limiting my options on finishes and hardware. Or, they overbid for every little thing that wasn't the norm...and, I asked for a number of things out of the norm. The short list includes: A closet with a murphy door bookshelf, a bidet toilet, an over sized ceiling mounted rain-head shower and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. So, after two months of cold calling remodeling companies and suffering thru three disappointing bid sessions. My sister, tells me about a friend of hers that had a lot of work done and was very happy with her contractor, numbers and assurances of trust are exchanged and the call to Colorado Building and Construction was made. Along comes Nate Reynolds, instantly likable, he exudes trust and it is obvious that he listens to what you want. He takes my wish list and sends me a bid with everything I asked for included at fair price. I agree to the terms and sign away, then the work began. I grew more and more pleased as time went on. The speed and quality of the work was exceptional. Nates crew and subcontractors made short work of an immense project with a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The full gamut of skills and trades was utilized, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, tile, flooring, counter-tops, woodworking and carpentry. They gave me everything on my wish list and a bit more. I'm glad I called them and will be drawing on their services again in the very near future. A special thanks to Charlie and Jordan they made it an enjoyable experience and they took care of all the little things. And, word to the wise...when in doubt...ask Charlie.

Nathan and his crew of three highly skilled tradesmen did an excellent job renovating our master bathroom, May 2023. The project was a total MBR demolition (tub, shower, vanity, floor and wall tile, light and fan fixtures, sinks & faucets, etc.) and remodeling, including wall and floor tiling as well as plumbing and electrical connects. Our floor plan remained similar.Nathan produced a simple contract and unlike most contractors required no payment prior to the start of work. Please note that our job was a bit unusual, in that we procured almost all fixtures and tile. His crew reliably showed up every day as promised during the two-week build, were pleasant and communicative, did not leave the job site until the project was complete and reasonably cleaned up the work site at the end of every work day.His pricing was clear and very fair, based on the four quotes we had. We added a couple of items as work progressed and, again, the pricing add was very fair.I highly recommend Nathan and his excellent cadre at Colorado Building and Construction and think you will find a trophy fish with him in the otherwise complex construction fishing hole.

Charlie and Nathan replaced a couple of windows and rebuilt a window well on an older wood frame structure--a bit of a challenge due to the age. While it took a while to get scheduled due to waiting for windows, once the work began, they were quick, thorough and did great work. We live in a different part of the state so couldn't be on site, Charlie sent photos and updates daily. Good communication. Would hire them again!!!

Nathan was the only contractor I called who gave me the time of day - though I did eventually get multiple bids. He also gave me the lowest price and delivered for what he promised. I couldn't be happier.  I now know first hand that it takes a lot to finish a basement - plumbing, electric, floors, walls, etc. etc. Nathan was able to deliver because he maintains long term relationships with many different skilled workers, all of whom listened to me so that together they created my vision. I had a lot of fears going in but it turned out to be a great experience.

Nathan and Charlie put in quality work for a good value. My husband and I found out we had the worse case of asbestos in our house and decided to take the opportunity to do a full gut and remodel. This included removing walls and changing the footprint of the house. This was a huge project and we were nervous about the large scope of it and wanted to make sure that we hired the right contractor. Nathan at Colorado Building and Construction were AMAZING. There were no hidden charges, they were upfront about everything. We had moved into an apartment while construction was going on, so keeping to a timeline was very important. They finished on time and even shoveled our walkway before we moved back in. Every time I had a question Nathan was there to answer it, even when I had a million of them. Charlie had come up with some really unique solutions to some of our problems. Charlie's craftmanship was beautiful and really made our house look unique. After everything was completed, Nathan check in to make sure everything was how we wanted it. There were a few small things that needed to be adjusted but he came out to complete and didn't just leave us hanging. Thank you Nathan and Charlie for the positive experience!

They were able to fit us into their schedule very quickly and their workmanship was superb! We also had them replace our deck since it was falling apart and were very pleased with that as well. They were here when they said they would be, communicated well and helped us find the best supply companies. We even felt confident enough to leave town while our house was in the middle of construction. I trusted these contractors with my home to do the job, and do it well.
