K&H has done an outstanding job on my primary home. I called them the day after Christmas, and they came out and did a full Demo. Brian broke out the tape measure to make sure the details were done correctly. It's all about the details. Full James Hardie Renovation! I cannot wait to do the next project with them...at "self gen" rates of course!

Our salesman Todd, AWESOME.Answered all questions and concerns very timely. We had a price change during the process, however K&H honored our quote. Now that's service.Sergio was our installer. He and his group were amazing. Always on time and very informative.Sergio and his guys installed 14 windows in mid August.Surprisingly we only had a few bugs. They cleaned up everyday and my Windows look BEAUTIFUL.I cannot thank them enough.Just beautiful.

When I bought my house in Denver in 2003, I put in new vinyl windows from K&H, with a lifetime guarantee. I lived with those windows for 20 year and I loved, loved those windows! They were so easy to clean, kept the noise out, and the fresh air flowing. When the seal on my big bay window wore out, they very quickly came out to measure and install a new window with no fuss and they stood by their warranty. I just sold my house last year and was able to transfer the warranty to the new owners. K & H also still had my invoices and were able to send them to me for tax purposes when I sold my house. What a wonderful company with great customer service. I highly, highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with our new, beautiful Windows. The Installation crew were on time & worked steadily from the time they arrived until they left - over 3 days. There was very minimal cleanup of stray pieces/debris on my part. Also, we have received very nice comments from our surrounding neighbors about the look from the outside view. They add a very nice fresh look from the inside as well. Working with K&H Home Solutions has been a very easy & pleasant experience from the Sales Rep, the person who kept us up to date in the process, the Installers, & right down to Accounting. Everyone has been so nice & pleasant and professional. We will recommend K&H to anyone needing windows. WE came to K&H on a recommendation & are thankful.

The windows installed by the owner of the home I now own came with a "Worry Free Lifetime Guarantee" and "transferable at no cost". Many of these windows are failing now at the seals and need to be replaced. K&H said the window manufacturer went out of business (imagine that) and therefore no warranty. I find this troubling and misleading based on the warranty document I have, see attached. K&H did offer a discount for new windows but even with the discount, K&H wasn't much more competitive than other companies I quoted. I don't' trust their warranty, quality of window options, and won't be using them.

We purchased a ProVia Entry door from K&H Home Solutions. The installer, Theron was amazing! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Our house was made in 1927 and is a bit quirky. Theron was able to install the door with an eye towards perfection, which we appreciated.

We replaced all of our windows in our home 10 years ago. The windows have been great, and we're sold with a "lifetime guarantee" of free replacement if they break or if the screens need replaced. Our first broken window 10 years later, and they're telling me that the company that built the window went out of business, so my guarantee is void.I told them I didn't get a warranty from the window maker, but that I got a warranty from K&H home solutions. They said they'll "see what they can do..."After multiple discussions with K&H, they have agreed to replace my window, free of cost. Thankful that they are upholding a commitment that was made when the windows were purchased.

I have used K&H for multiple projects and this last time I needed a screen replacement and I contacted the person that I have worked with a number of times. So I bought windows from k&h Home solutions many years ago. They come with a lifetime warranty. Well they modified the owner of the business by name and now my warranty is no good. They offered to come out and take a look and see if they couldn't honor some portion of it and I basically got a big estimate and an offer to trust them one more time. I'm going to pass on this bad decision this time, even if they smiled when they stuck it to you.

This company did a great job in providing information and quotes for new doors and new windows. I reached out in Sep 2022. The salesperson did a great non pressure informative presentation of the products. I wanted one company to provide and install front, back doors with storm door and a doggy door for the back. I had 24 windows replaced, triple pain and some unique windows. I was given several finance options and put half of the cost down and financed the rest. While the windows took awhile because of supply issues and the number I purchased, I am very happy with the products and installation. The installers for the doors and windows did a great job, professional, polite and clean.

I had Softlite windows and a Provia patio door installed in an older house with an addition that is always challenging when we made any updates. Working with K&H Solutions was great throughout the process. Bryan my salesperson was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable about their products and no pressure. Robert who measured also was very friendly. Sergio and his team were fantastic, showed me areas where we had some leaks and gave me suggestions on what to look for. They left every room and the exterior very clean. I was always kept up to date on the progress of the order. I am very happy with the final product and installation. I would use K&H again and highly recommend them.

We had great success with K&H with our entry doors and we had windows installed on the upper level, also with GREAT results. The installer was prompt, polite, very professional and his work ethic was remarkable. Took him two days, cleaned up when done on both days, and the product looks fantastic. First off, Sergio the window installer did an excellent job he was professional, courteous, and he cleaned up after himself.Gideon the siding/soffit/fascia installer was not a good installer. He left trash all around our house after the first day leaving water bottles, cigarette butts (we had a 3 month old newborn and they were smoking around our house), and left old siding all over the place. They left trash the second day of the install as well and they were in the process of installing the fascia. I decided to complain to the project manager Sean and he came over the next day while Gideon was at another job.. I pointed out all the trash and got yes sir and I pointed out issues with the fascia that I am spending $20,000 on. The fascia boards were uneven and did not look good with the flashing on our roof either. He took note of everything and said they would get it fixed. Gideon came over the next morning to work after I went to work and presumed to have an an argument with my wife about us complaining to the project manager. It went down hill from their. Gideon had utter lack of disrespect for us and our house from the start and it showed through his workmanship. He would leave his cousin our house and disappear for hours on end. His cousin still smoked cigarettes on our front and back porch discarding them everywhere, they ripped out one of my fence posts and gates(granted they were falling apart but still), trash, and the final product is not worth $20,000. I also had to ask K & H multiple times during the month of May to come out and install flashing over the gutters(which should have happened during the install) and fix our roofing they tore off while water was leaking through cracks into the new soffits/fascia. The issues were brought up to upper management above Sean and they tried to fix the issues but not really. They failed final inspection twice in the City and County of Denver and only passed the third time because they did a "drive by inspection." If we did not get an insurance check to cover most of the siding I would not have finished paying K & H. They will respond to this saying we had a double layered roof and our house was not level, THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE OUR JOB. I am hiring what I thought were professionals but they are not worth a dime that I gave them. I will never recommend K & H to anyone and I hope this review deters some people with going with them for there project. So many issues and I attached photos of the bad workmanship. K & H sucks.
