In Oct 2023, I had a pipe to burst in my finished basement. I worked with David C specifically. He was fantastic to work with! Why? He has a calm communication style. He set clear expectations and kept me informed in every step of the process. He was fantastic at communicating with my insurance company and his experience shined! He believes in quality and it shows in his attention to detail. I would highly recommend and should I need his expertise again, he is the first person I would call!

Restoration Contractors were great to work with. We had a dishwasher leak the seeped into our floor and caused a lot of damage. Harry worked tirelessly for 6 months to get my insurance company to perform a second roof review due to hail damage. After finally securing a second viewing with video and still shots from Harry, my roof was approved for replacement. The company was excellent during the replacement. They were fast, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They completed their task in a timely manner and completely cleaned up the site when finished. I hired this company to supervise the restoration of my home after a flood from a faulty pipe. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end. They NEVER provided oversight to assure that the job was done properly. There was no communication with me about the progress of the job or about who was showing up or when. They never finished the job properly but the owner, Harry Kahn, says he is done. I would never hire or trust Mr. Kahn and Restoration Contractors again.

HAIL DAMAGE / TREE DAMAGE TO ROOF!I had a water leak on Friday evening (5/12/23) caused by my tree branches hitting the top of my roof. I contacted several restoration companies and nobody could get out for a week. Restoration Contractors responded and said he would come by the next day to evaluate the situation. He knew the stress I was in and the importance of mitigating the water damage. He showed up with a drone to quickly see what was happening on my roof to cause the leak. Once it was determined he was going to get an employee to come tarp the hole as soon as possible to prevent any more damage. I also want to state that I was paying out of pocket due to high deductible and that scared some contractors off as well. RC However listened to me and said he would make sure I’m taken care of. After he left I received another call saying his contractor was out of town until Monday. He knew it was scheduled to rain the next 2 days. Knowing I was paying out of pocket he then contacted me and said he would personally come out that evening and tarp the roof to prevent future damage to the inside. And he didn’t overcharge for a emergency call and was very reasonable. His name is Harry and he’s the president. I was more then grateful and I was able to sleep and relax the rest of the evening knowing the leak was eliminated and now just needed to focus on getting material. Would recommend RC not only for the quick response but because they went above and beyond my expectations knowing the situation I was in.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Harry and his team deserve 10 stars!! We were selling our house and during the final walk through, a water leak was discovered. Adam with Quick Restore Denver got us in touch with Harry with Restoration Contractors and let me tell you, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Our request for the quickest work to be done as humanly possible was met without question. They had estimates, workers, scheduling, and completion all done by the following Monday for us to still close on our house on time. The professionalism and timelines were second to none. The project turned out wonderfully like you could never even tell there was ever a leak. Harry, I cannot thank you enough for your patience with all of my phone calls and the urgency in each request we had.
