We had a large hailstorm come through our area and afterwards had 7 roofing companies look at our roof. Of the 7 roofing representatives, I was most impressed with Andy Masters with RJI, who was very professional and scheduled a time to meet with our insurance adjuster. Our insurance company wouldn't budge on replacement, but when we were ready to replace it ourselves, we went with RJI. They were here by 7am, and were finished with our roof before dark. I'm a home inspector, so am very particular about installation details, and was impressed with their work. The entire process has been smooth and easy. The installation crew was clean, courteous, and efficient and were able to deliver the materials one day, install the next, and then do final cleanup the third. Was very impressed with the process that RJI has to walk you though the claim process and they are easy to work with in terms of HOA regulations and requirements. We were hit with hail earlier this year and needed someone to do an inspection, we called plenty of roofing contractors to help and they were all busy or no shows. We called rji and within 30 minutes of the call they had someone on our roof! They informed us that there wasn't enough damage to make sense to file a claim. With their punctuality and honesty if I ever need renovation or repairs they'll be my first call

We’ve had a lot of hail damage hit our house this year. Eric with RJI did a full exterior inspection and was able to find a lot of damage. After talking a bit and realizing this was something we’d like to have addressed, Eric called our insurance company (with us present) to begin the claim. He really has made this process so smooth and worry free. He came out when the insurance adjuster came to do their quote and worked along side him to make sure nothing was missed. He really has been thorough and surpassed any of my expectations. He’s honest about timelines even if it’s not ideal rather than selling us on something unrealistic and having to backtrack down the road. Thank you RJI for a wonderful experience and I can’t thank Eric enough for all the work he’s doing on his end for us. It took almost a year to get the roof replaced. There was no reason except that my roof was less important. They also did a window frame. On the contract, it was specified that it was to be replaced with same brand as the existing window. The same brand was not available, so I canceled thatportion of the contract. They would not refund my money, so I filed a complaint with the BBB. Their response was to threaten me by implying that I would owe them more money if I persisted. Stay away from these guys!!!!!!

They worked with my insurance company to get everything that was damage replaced. This job went smoothly and on time. When they said they would be at my house to work someone was on the job site. They left my property in excellent condition and we would never have know that any work had been preformed other then everything looked new. Highly recommended. Completely professional and did an excellent job replacing my roof. After installation and after I sent them final payment, there was a wind storm and there was some flashing that was vibrating and making lots of noise. One email to RJI and I got a call back early the next morning and they came out within an hour, replicated the issue with a leaf blower, and fixed it. We used RJI on two previous roofing jobs and thought we could depend on them for a third after a wind storm damaged a roof. Nick came out and inspected and provided an estimate and offered to work with our insurance. Once we got approval from our insurance, they asked for RJI to send over documentation and we asked Nick to send them the information. Nick promised to do so, but then disappeared. We called him again and he made excuses for the delay, promising we would have it by the end of the week. Two weeks passed and nothing. We won't be using RJI.

RJI provided a great experience. The whole process was A+. I've had my roof replaced 2 times since buying my house and RJI is BY FAR the best contractor I've worked with! The crew was excellent & YES THEY WORKED HARD. They finished when they said they would and cleaned up. I haven't found a single nail anywhere in the yard. Next time I need a roof, this is the group I'll go with. No question. Keep up the great work RJI!

I can not say enough about RJI to do them justice! My house was damaged in both last summers hailstorms. I was terrified to even file a claim much less look for a company with all the horror stories you hear. I can say this is the first review I've ever done and for good reason. RJI has been amazing in every step of this project. From my first inspection with Kyle who said "we will handle everything" and that they have. I was notified as to everything being done by Jeff who even drove down on my roof day to check the progress and to make sure things where going smoothly!I have to give Andy and Casey a huge thank you. You both have been very understanding and patient with all my questions. I've probably kept Andy from many meetings with my phone calls,but he handled it like a pro! I truly feel like a part of the RJI family after this experience. I will never use anyone else!

RJI is an amazing company. My roof had a leak after a serious storm and I made a call to this company. That same day a representative came to my house and they did a complete inspection of the issue. At the time my husband was deployed therefore I was handling the issue on my own. The insurance adjuster came two days later and RJI was present to help make some decisions so that we could move forward quickly. The team handled all aspects of the new roof and exsisting solar panels. I highly recommend this company based on the customer service and reliability of all members of RJI.

RJI has been Amazingly easy to work with!We have had two entire roofing projects in three years, and a partial roof & skylight project as well. They have been on "our side" unflinchingly, and have interacted seamlessly with our insurance company. Andy in particular is a terrific person to work with. Very personable and professional, and the company follows up perfectly. Plenty of E-mails & phone calls to keep the client updated regarding scheduling.When they tell you they will be there - oh boy will they be there! Entire roof in a day, all permits taken care of, interior damages repaired the next day, and gutters follow within a few days. These guys know their stuff!I highly recommend RJI, and I will continue utilizing their services.

I have worked with RJI both at my business as well as my home. At our business location, we were hit very badly by the 2017 Lakewood hail storm. We had the same situation as Colorado Mills as our warehouse is full of skylights. Their team immediately came to our location while the storm was still going on to put tarps on our roof to try to save some of our inventory. They repaired our 25000 sq ft warehouse and have always respond very quickly if a need arises. My home then was hit in summer of 2018 and again, they responded to the problem very efficiently. Thankfully, I did not have the damage at my home that had happened to my office. I would highly recommend RJI. They work quickly and most importantly, fairly. They are a local company that you can always get a hold of unlike many of the roofers that are storm chasers. Great Colorado Company!!!!

Great Responsive Quality Job done right the 1st time. I was informed my rental roof was leaking as I was headed out of town so I called RJI Pros who had previously painted my home for me. I filed a claim while at the airport and they were able to meet the insurance adjuster and get the process started. My tenant was 8 month pregnant, and they were very helpful in expediting the roof prior to the arrival of the baby. They had great communication through all the steps and actually showed up when they said they would and dealt directly with my insurance. They made the whole process painless and I can't thank them enough.

My husband and I spent a year working with a scammy roofer (do not do work with Roofing Authority based out of Denver!) who took our $5k deposit and ran! After getting recommendations from neighbors in the area, I reached out to RJI and boy did they come to the rescue! We were under a tight deadline before our insurance would refuse to cover for the hail damage done to our house 2 years prior. They had their attorney attempt to help us get our deposit back but the original roofer basically disappeared. RJO then worked with us on pricing so to make up that for the fact that we lost our original deposit and then did the work quickly, before our deadline. They were professional, fast, helpful and a pleasure to work with! I wish I could give this company a 10 star review! Don't hesitate, hire them now!

RJI has had our family's back since May 2017. They were to our house the day after the "Hail storm of the Century". They were quick to get our shattered Skylights secured. The worked to get us scheduled for repairs ASAP due to the extensive damage to our roof and Skylights. The roof looks beautiful. Working with RJI was a 5-star experience!!!After a bad hail storm and seeing the damage that was caused to our cars, I decided I better have my roof checked. I called RJI and my Insurance Company, Andy with RJI met our Insurance adjustor to determine the roof damage. It turned out not only the roof needed replacement there was a multitude of damage, including painting of house, gutters/downspouts, screens, and SEVERAL miscellaneous items. I was a bit overwhelmed after hearing all the damage.Once I signed with RJI, they took charge and took the stress away from me and worked directly with my insurance/keeping me out of being the middle man. The teams they had to do the different jobs at my house were awesome!! I was amazed how professional how both the painting team and roofing group they engaged were!! I was always kept in the loop by RJI on what steps/timelines to expect!!Both RJI Team as well as the Subcontractors they engaged were a patient with my many questions/requests and were a pleasure to work with!!Thank you RJI!!!

LOVE these people!!! I have had them paint my rental and install 2 roof's on previous homes and getting ready to do it again on my present home. They are fast, knowledgeable, easy to work with to both myself and my insurance and as an added bonus they are locally owned in Golden Co. (Our kids have been on the same sports teams for several years and other social events) Great, honest and hard working people. I highly recommend RJI Pros if you want honest, fair and excellent work whatever it may be, interior or exterior.

I worked with Matt at RJI. He was amazing! He responded promptly to any questions I had and even reached out to check in without any request from me. He worked to schedule the subcontractors at times convenient for me. The subs arrived exactly when they said they would and were respectful of my time. I am so impressed by RJI's professionalism and that of their subs. I've worked with other contractors where I had to do all of the follow up, act as the go-between for subcontractors, and supervise everything. That was not the case with RJI. Matt took care of everything. The customer service is beyond compare. It was truly an amazing experience!

RJI was very responsive after the huge hail storm several years ago. They replaced both our roof and gutters.When I recently called about a problem I thought I had with one of our gutters, they came right out to check.
