Cracks & Racks completed a very difficult installation of an OEM Range Rover Sport luggage / dog barrier. The instructions from Land Rover were horrible, forcing the team to essentially design the installation. They worked with me whenever a question came up, and in the end did a superb job as you can see. Even though the process was much more labor intensive than we thought, they honored their original estimate. I really trust these guys. They do a great deal of work on luxury vehicles in the Aspen area, and rise to the challenge. Great outfit.Service: Installation

I had a disappointing experience with this company regarding a mail order item. I made an error in my order, which resulted in the wrong item being shipped. When I politely requested that Cracks and Racks pay at least part of their rather expensive shipping charge, they responded with a series of increasingly aggressive and abusive comments that were completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Took a ton of careful time with us with no appointment off the street in the middle of his day. He made our problem his own. Although he wasn’t able to fix it, it was not through lack of trying. That is for sure.

Horrible customer service. They refuse to answer their phones and direct you to their website to fill out a form. After filling out multiple forms and placing multiple calls in attempt to actually speak to someone, I was never contacted. I finally had to walk in to get them to pay attention to me. At which time they told me I would receive a text message. Unfortunately, while I do see value in text message to communicate with clients (appt reminders, completion alerts, etc), I was requesting to speak with someone. And they just refused to do that. They were only willing to communicate via text. When I did have my windshield repair done previously with them this caused many problems as my number was in the system bc I started the process, But needed my husband to actually coordinate with the shop to set up the repair. It was a complete disaster, as they seemingly could never figure out how to switch our phone numbers in their text system. Then, when they received the glass, instead of opening it and making sure it was good to go, they waited until a few days later when we actually brought the car in, and then texted us and let us know that we had coordinated the drop off of the vehicle, but the Glass was scratched, so we had to figure out how to come back and retrieve the vehicle and they needed to re-order the glass, but because of their schedule wouldn’t be able to get us in for another three weeks. If I could give them a zero out of five I would. …updated to add that after originally this review, I have been continued to be harassed via text message.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I rarely ever write reviews, but they did an amazing job! My truck has always had a huge crack in the windshield and I finally broke down and paid these guys to replace it. The part that stunned me was that they even glued the headliner back into place around the windshield! I didn't even ask them to. I'll definitely be coming back if I need to replace any glass ever again.

I bought my Thule racks more than five years ago from Cracks & Racks. They were very easy to deal with especially when I ordered a rack system for my 2012 Ford Focus before I even had the car. They also ship to APO/FPO which is a big plus for military living overseas. Their attention to detail was very good.
