I had a water leak in my basement and was very worried that the leak had been going on for a long period of time. I called ECOS Environmental and their staff was amazing!!! The person who answered my called got me in contact with one of their technicians. The tech was very knowledgeable and walked me threw on what the cost could be and getting everything set up. They came out and got me an estimate on the spot, worked with my insurance company and kept me in the loop on what was going to be happening. I was very happy with all of the team members of ECOS Environmental! If I have any issues in the future with water or water damage, I will be calling them back. Thank you guys for all that you did!C. We had a basement leak and before we replaced carpet wanted to make sure everything had dried properly. We called ECOS and Yuri Rivera came out that afternoon, performed multiple tests and let me know that no further treatment was needed. He also provided an anti-fungal spray to be extra sure. Yuri was extremely professional and comforting - on top of that he didn't even charge us! I highly recommend ECOS to anyone in the unfortunate situation of needing to address a home disaster.
