I used Alliance Roofing for my re-roof in 2009. Clean up was great and the work was done quickly. I have had one leak since then which came from a pipe. They recommended I have the roof checked regularly to prevent the issue from happening again since the caulking can break down over time. I haven't had any issues since having the roof checked about once a year.

I had such a great experience with Alliance. I was able to call them and they came out the next day to inspect my roof and give me an estimate for recommended repairs as well as a fair price for replacement. They were easy to work with, the communication with the residential team was top notch and I felt as though I was always in the loop and knew of the process start to finish. The roof came out great and I will use them for any and all my roofing needs.

From the moment Dakota arrived at my home I was impressed with his service. He was on-time, thorough and made sure that all of my repairs were made the right way. Great company, great employees. Dave got us a bid quickly and got his team going as quick as they could in between snow storms. The team was polite and efficient. After the roof was complete I was amazed at how well they picked up the area all around the house! I'd recommend then for any ridingr job you need done! Thank you Dave and Alliance!

Dave was great to work with. He managed the crew and was in constant communication with me. Crew was timely, professional and efficient. Used them for a couple of roof repairs. They did a good job, but I had another leak in another area. I called them on a Thursday. They said they were busy and wouldn't be out until early next week. Fine. I knew I'd be around at the time. Then, they called on Friday (when they said they were too busy to be out). The call went to voice mail. The roofer was on site where was I? (I'm not an on site.) The following week when they said they'd be out, I got no call.Okay so the first time was a misunderstanding. I made another appointment and let them know that they needed to call me before they came out so I could be 'on site'. (Here's the notice I got.) My cell phone rang once with the caller ID reading 'Alliance'. I picked-up after one ring but by that time the person hung-up. I thought they'd call back or leave a voicemail. Nope. No voice mail. No return calls. Nothing.So I'm supposed to what? Call them back a third time and explain that their employees blow-off jobs? What a waste of time.
