The internet showed the business closed at 5pm..when I arrived a few minutes past 4pm, Mysti at the front informed me that they had already closed, but to my surprise, she was very friendly and assisted me to get my order.I had to send some crumbl cookies to say thanks. If delivering with a van it is dangerous, First come first serve and someone will pull in front of you if you don’t move fast enough. You must back in off the street and the dock doors are on the same side as employees and customer parking creating more hazards. The warehouse across the street has trucks blocking the street and also backing using Beacons driveway to pull up. My suggestion to Beacon, instead of first come first serve set appointments. It won’t solve the issues with trucks across the street but will make it to where there are less trucks waiting on the street to back in.

I've worked directly with Beacon as a roofing professional for more than 5 years and have always appreciated their service. For a large-scale supplier I have great communication with my rep and can expect on time deliveries and open communication if there are any issues. Large scale supplies and small scale service is great for any roofer, especially during hail season.
