So good! I trusted Kevin and Scott based off a friend referral and so glad I did. We live overseas and have a home in Denver that needed new bathrooms, kitchen renovation, electrical, floors refinished, paint and a whole lot more. They did everything and communicated with us every week with photos and details of the progress. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Simply amazing and I would recommend them to anyone I care about. Maria has good relevant style, great communication, and really cares about what she does.This was exactly what we needed and worth every bit of what we paid.It’s very difficult to renovate a home while you can’t be there at all. This team was a blessing!

C Property Restoration is one of the most honest companies I've had the pleasure of working with. We had thought we had some damage to our roof and requested C Property Restoration to come out and take a look. We had previously used them to replace a roof on our rental property and had a wonderful experience. They came out and gave us a straight answer, telling us that our roof was in great shape and nothing needed to be replaced. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and this company. Kevin was refereed to us and after our first call he was at our house within hours talked us through the whole process and answered any and all questions we had with patience and grace. When the day finally came to get our roof replaced all of the workers were professional and clean. They were at our house for over 12 hours, when they were done there was no evidence of their work. We are beyond pleased with Kevin and C property restoration and would HIGHLY recommend them.Service: Roof installation

I live in Glenwood Springs and needed a 44 year old cedar shank roof replaced. As one could imagine a roof that old was going to leave some issues. Kevin and Scott spent many hours driving up from the front rangw to scout the roof beforehand so that the wife and I could properly plan financially. They were by far the lowest priced but the quality was the best. The company is run like all companies should be run! They've replaced 3 roofs for me. I will be using them for my siding and any future property needs!

Scott came to my home to evaluate our roof 1/25/19. When Scott arrived he stated that there was too much snow on our roof to complete an evaluation, but that he would be back 1/29/19 after a weekend warm up that saw temperature in the high 50's. I never heard from Scott 1/29/19 so I called and spoke with him. Scott stated that he "had a job" in Arvada, CO that he needed to tend to, but that he would be able to evaluate our roof prior to the storm that would hit 1/30/2019 around noon. Needless to say I never heard from Scott again, and Property Restoration never called. If no call no shows are high on your list for roof contractors this is the business to go with...
