She has been proactive in planning/scheduling, kept us in the loop of everything going on, and provided excellent customer service.We had gutters installed on our new home and the siding repaired. Selling a house and needed to replace the roof, gutters, and facia days before closing (came up in the home inspection). CCR was not only able to evaluate the damage quickly, they worked with my insurance with barely a days notice, got me on the schedule within a week, and finished the work within a couple of days (roof in one day, gutters and facia the other). Amazing company. They came out on a moments notice (literally hours) within calling them to give me an estimate. I was less than a week away from closing on my home and a hail storm came through. I was really in a pressure jam for time and they came through on their word. I can vouch for anyone looking that this company is the real deal.
