Raymond was committed to locating the source of my roof leak. I had previously enlisted the help of a different roofing company - they carried out comprehensive (and pricey) repairs but the ceiling would continue to leak whenever it rained. Raymond inspected the roof and was adamant about checking my attic to investigate if there were other issues. He took some photos of a damaged roof drainage pipe that I was completely unaware of! I am incredibly grateful he discovered it after having no success with Colorado Rapid Roof Repair, even after their 'repairs.' I don't normally do this but honestly this is a first. The company keeps telling me they will get back to me and then never does. I've talk to a live person 4 or 5 time. Each time I am told they will get back to me. So I wait to be called back for an estimate and then magically days go by and I get no call. They confirmed my number. They even came out for measurements when I wasn't home or at least that was what I was told. They have wasted so much of my time because they said they would do it in a week's time as other gutter place are out 3 to 4 week. So I kept at it hoping to get a gutter installed as mine was taken down for siding repairs. But now I give up, should have just gone with their competitors as 3 to 4 weeks out from when I started this process would be now. Then finally the cherry on the top their phone number is now stating disconnected. I will take this review down if they ever call me but I'm not holding my breath.

Shannon and his crew took care of the added room with flat roof and some dry-rot and replaced facia and prior termite damaged joist that I requested them to take care of and I didn't mind paying extra for their framing expertise.
