I really hate to be leaving this review as we got off to such a great start with our project initially and the timeline seemed to be promising. The long and short of it is that this company is not communicative nor are they responsive. After months of trying to get an estimated start date for what remained of our master bathroom remodel and while giving them the benefit of the doubt, we ended up hiring a new contractor. Calls and texts would go unanswered for weeks at a time if at all and it became obvious that this was a dead end. We waited very patiently on account of all that is happening in the world as many businesses are behind for many reasons. However, a little communication would have gone a long way.Service: Remodeling

Our neighbors recommended Copper Creek after a big hail storm. Working with Paul was a pleasure. He was very prompt at getting back to us guided us through a very confusing insurance procedure. The county inspector made mention that they did a really good job, so we couldn’t be more pleased with how it went.
