We needed to re-do the exterior siding of our 2-Story walkout, as well as replace a few 30 yr old windows. Needless to say, the amount of material we needed automatically made the cost of this project substantial, in our eyes. Picking the proper company was crucial.We met with several different brands and are overly thrilled with our choice to go with Hoffman Weber Construction.George was our sales advisor. I am INSANELY picky, especially when it comes to $$. I spent a lot of time talking with George about our options. Like most, our job came with it's own set of challenges, mainly focusing around our concrete roof + how the tiles were installed.Because of the roof tiles, were not able to replace the original facia and soffit like we wanted. That would have involved removing a substantial amount of our roof perimeter. No one wants that as an option! Luckily, George offered us a great solution. We absolutely love the outcome!!We didn't need to touch the roof, thank goodness. Their crew was able to wrap everything existing in a modern smooth black metal (they have tons of colors). Now, we have no future maintenance. It preserves the underneath material. Ultimately, it was the best solution, that kept our roof intact, and it looks amazing.Ken helped us as our project manager for the windows, he was very pleasant and communicative. While the actual installers didn't come when they scheduled with us. It was a quick job, so that wasn't a big impact for us. Ken was able to help us get it rescheduled in a timely manner and the windows looks great!Jesse has been our project manager for the entire exterior portion of the job. Again, he has been extremely helpful. He is 100% on the ball with communication. We even added on a last minute change, which was also more work for his crew. He was able to get it completed for us with no impact to the overall time line. I expected we'd have to wait to make it happen. He made that happened the very next day.Overall from start to finish our project has been handled exceptionally well. Obviously, we won't know how these new lifetime materials holdup for some time. But the overall curb appeal is exactly what we wanted.Hoffman Weber must be doing something right, because Jesse, George, Ken, Victor, the crew. All of them were a true joy to work with and we are just so pleased with our new look.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Hoffman Webber. The Sales Manager Tim was honest and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. Our Project Manager Tristan contacted me in a timely fashion, showed up at the scheduled time and was very knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done and how to complete the project. He took the time to look at our issue and design a repair plan, pick up the required materials and complete the project the next day. We will surely use them again when a need arises.

While our job did not turn out to be feasible for Hoffman Weber Construction (they don't work with the materials and job size) JB was incredibly thorough, polite and knowledgable during the estimate process. He was able to give us a good direction and provide us with helpful information. If I have a larger job in the future I would recommend at least reaching out to this company for a free estimate. They put a lot of thought and effort into the estimate, even calling the day prior to gather insights, making sure they had the right ladder(s), etc.

Hoffman Weber came along and did a great job stripping it down, fixing several issues, adding new sheathing and barrier, and then new siding. This is a great company to work with. Tim Swenson has been amazing, he came out to meet with my insurance company. Tim is very knowledgeable, explains everything very clear and has been communicating with me more than any contractor I have ever worked with. I am at the beginning stages of my project and will edit this as we go. If you want a contractor that checks all your boxes look to further you just found them!Roof, skylights and gutters are all done. The roofers did an awesome job they are craftsmen level not a bunch of rookies. Very friendly and happy crew singing and having a good day. Very high attention to detail all the way through the job even to clean up. They had my house surrounded in tarps to catch all the debris. Swept everything and left nothing behind but a great job and a smile on our face. On to phase 2, window replacement, chimney repair and paint.Phase 2 is progressing very nicely chimney repair is done and looks great. The painters repainted the entire exterior of the house with the care and attention to detail as if it was inside my house. Hail storm in May caused so much damage we had 3 claims (house & cars) with our insurance company to include our house that needed, a new roof, new gutters new paint for the house and both front and back patios. Hoffman Weber did such an amazing job. Came out for inspection, got all the details from our insurance and got to work. Feel like it's practically a new home. They took care of the smallest details, helped me move furniture off the porches and put the heavy pieces back before I got home from work. We had a woodpecker destroy part of our chimney and they fixed and painted it to where it looks brand new. We have been in this house since 1999 and have done this several times over the years, but have never enjoyed the end result quite as much. Thank you Tim and your team for putting in the effort and helping us keep the value of our home.

Our sales rep JB was awesome. Kept checking in throughout the project. JB was very well versed in all the products Hoffman Weber had to offer and very informative in the step by step procedures as well.JB also went the extra mile and worked with our insurance company in order to get us the best possible coverage Both project managers Ken with the doors and Jesse with the siding were very attentive throughout the entire part of their projects their crews worked together to make sure that everything was completed in a timely manner but respectively worked with each other when there was a short overlap of both teams being at our house at the same time. Jesse and Ken also touched base with us during the projects to make sure everything was going as we expected and to answer any questions that may have come up. There were only a couple of “hiccups” one weather related with the pickup of extra supplies that were not used (but who can control the weather) and a small mix up in the financing which the office team has been working on. All in all we were extremely pleased with not only the complete outcome but the entire experience as well.

My roof was damaged from hail and needed replaced so I found them on Angie's list and set up the appointment. Tim arrived the next day and went thru the steps with me on getting it repaired thru my insurance. He met with my insurance adjuster to make sure that they both agreed on the best course to fix the roof. He drove the project from there and dealt with my insurance company. Tim also upgraded my shingles to GAF armor shield II which also gave me a discount on my homeowners policy.Three days later the shingles arrived and then the roofing crew and those guys worked hard and did a great job on my roof and it looks GREAT!!!! They did such a great job that my neighbor is getting his roof replaced by them. No doubt in my mind that they are a highly experienced company that DELIVERS what they say!!! We had our siding replaced in Colorado Springs with Hoffman Weber and I’m happy to report it was done very well.I am especially pleased the project manager Victor Lopez. He is very professional and cares about the bottom line. Victor went out of his way to assure the project was done correctly, his customer service is outstanding. I wanted a photo of the roof shingles to help with my paint choice. He went up on his ladder in the rain and gave me several photos which helped me choose the color. He also came back several times from Aurora and corrected some minor issues that the outsourced crew had missed. He installed an additional light I had purchased as an upgrade. He didn’t have to do it, but he did! Victor is a gem and we would work with him again. Thank you Victor!

Called Hoffman Weber Construction to get a quote on new siding for our house. We are extremely pleased and I wanted to share our experience.George Leblanc was our sales person. George was very responsive. He gave us many options and discussed the pros/cons of them all. Rather than pushing an expensive option and things we didn't really need, he worked with us to meet our budget. We didn't pick cheap. Our facia boards were only a couple of years old and the existing soffit was in good shape and when I asked him about keeping all that the same, he agreed and looked at it and assessed it was in good shape and they could accommodate the new siding with those existing elements. An architect friend suggested an unconventional combination of both horizontal lap siding with vertical board/batten. He had a 3D model made of our house so we could see what it would look like and was also able to incorporate the color we selected. It really was fantastic and the final product looks exactly like what the 3D model showed that was used for the bid. We couldn't be more happy with it. We got two bids and I took longer to decide and pull the trigger and George was very patient and didn't pester us at all. I appreciated that greatly.When it went to construction, Victor (Lopez?) was our construction manager/superintendent. Victor was extremely communicative. There ended up being a surprising seam where the vertical boards came together where there is a required piece of flashing that is required by code and also required for the warranty. When I asked about that, Victor contacted the manufacturer to see if there was anything that we could do to eliminate it. He came up with a solution that he was willing to do. We elected NOT to make a change due to the warranty concern, but the fact he called them, sent me information, and was willing to work with us and fix it any way we wanted.....well, that was just a refreshing bit of high customer service. On the final walk-through, he picked up all the remaining construction debris and left-over material and coordinated to have the roll-off dumpster picked up earlier than originally scheduled.We also had a problem the last two spring times when a squirrel was getting in our attic. I pointed out where it was getting in and George and Victor were more than happy to have their crews make sure that small opening was sealed up when they did the siding installation.Again, I would highly recommend Hoffman Weber Construction as they did a quality job that wasn't high-pressure and got a really high quality project from them.Service: Exterior finishing

I had a small roof leak whenever we had a very heavy rain and I hired Hoffman Weber Construction to come take a look and do some small repairs to prevent future leaks. Ken A. arrived on-time and did a thorough evaluation of my entire roof, not just the area where the leak was. We talked through several options and decided on a course of action together. Ken scheduled a date with me to perform the repairs and he arrived on-time again (actually a bit early) and completed all the work in a timely, clean, and professional manner.Overall a wonderful experience. Our house had been through a major hail and rain. We were able to quickly get a roofer approved by our insurance company contracted do the roof. Then we found the siding was ruined beyond repair so we looked up a reputable siding company and found Hoffman Weber and their rep JB. Both my wife and I were impressed by his skills and helpfulness. Sadly, the roofing contractor was able to make us the best deal for the whole package. The siding was coming out of our retirement funds and we needed to be.careful with them. After looking at multiple companies to finally take the plunge and completely redo our exterior, words can’t describe how happy and satisfied we are with our experience with these folks. Victor was tremendous in his customer service, communication and guidance on the entire project. We slotted into probably one of the worst weeks possible with all the rain, but Victor made sure that they took full advantage of every clear weather window available to finish as fast as possible. The various crews were friendly as can be and tried to be as respectful as possible of the surrounding property, given the absolute mud that developed with the rain. Victor followed through on every word we discussed and we wouldn’t think twice about where we turn to for our next project. 10/10 recommend!
