We have worked with Monumental Construction twice now. They first did gutter cover work for us. Then, after our roof was damaged in a hail storm, they replaced our whole roof and gutters.Each time they did excellent work. They were friendly and highly professional. Most importantly, when we had a few minor issues to iron out, Dan himself came and resolved them for us at no charge.I would highly recommend this company. They are friendly, professional and trustworthy. If Dan says it, it will happen. That's hard to come by in this business, but it's absolutely the case here.Hire these people and relax. They are the real deal.

I have had Monumental Construction work on three projects for me this summer. The first was to replace some siding and Dan did a great job working with me on the options, available materials, coordination with my insurance, and they did an excellent job on that project.Shortly after that I needed the roof and gutters replaced due to hail. That was a second time when we used Monumental Construction services. First service (gutters and pipes) was done by them about 3 years ago and everything that they've done back than works perfectly well now. If you are like me, the process of finding a reputable service in this industry feels daunting, and always a nagging that you might get taken advantage of in the process. Let me tell you, if you have any feeling of that sort, use Monumental Construction. They were accommodating, reasonable, professional, and didn't even want to talk final payment until after the work was done, approved, they were packed up and gone. Not only that, but it was evident, without question, that they were working hard to give the job their very best, and they were proud of their work, for good reason. It was impeccable. I had a very positive and professional experience with this company. I ended up having a warranty for my siding that covered a repair but just prior to that I was working on my own with Monumental Construction. Phone interactions were kind and down to earth but I was also impressed with the estimate interaction with Dan. The estimate was fair, he was on time and taught me some important things about my siding in just one interaction. I had an issue with my previous gutters leaking over my front porch causing ice build up in the winter....they totally corrected that. I also had my house painted before my new gutters went on and they actually found an aluminum gutter that was precoated a matching color. I called this company to get a bid for moving a down spout from my gutter. They came to my home and gave me a very reasonable bid to do the job. We set a date to do it. They arrived on time and did an amazing job. You would never know that any adjustments had been done. I was jumping through hoops and going a million miles an hour trying to get my house ready to list for sale after an unexpected job transfer. I knew I had a siding issue that may draw attention on inspection so I contacted Monumental Construction. From the moment they picked up the phone my experience with them was an absolute pleasure. Kesha was super friendly, courteous and sympathetic to my situation. She arranged for the owner of Monumental to come out the very next morning to take a look. Unfortunately I forgot his name and lost his card but what an awesome guy. Very nice and friendly. He took a look at what I thought was a relatively big problem and he gave me some techniques that I could use to fix it myself. He then walked me around the rest of the house and pointed out issues I could also address. Finally he grabs his ladder and takes my up on the roof to check that out, ultimately saying I was good to go and not trying to sell my anything. I don't think that has actually ever happened to me. Awesome company, awesome team and awesome owner. I got a hard working honest vibe the whole time. Would have hugged him if it wasn't for Covid. Virtual hug for Kesha too.
