Nick saved my butt with the recent rain storm. I came home to an inch of water in our entire, fully finished basement. I have a medically complex kiddo and I can not chance having mold. Nick showed up the same night I called him. He and his crew got the standing water sucked up, and fans and dehumidifiers in place almost immediately. We have zero mold because of his quick response. This momma is certainly sleeping better knowing our house is dry and safe. Thanks Nick!!Service: Waterproofing

Nick and his team were great to work with. They were extremely professional, transparent, and on-time. He met with me a number of times to talk about the project - which in our case was installing new fencing - and kept me apprised as the project went along. He was flexible as well, as we made changes part way through that his team needed to adapt to. All in all - great work.

Pure choice was called out by my HOA to fix a leak from the roof previously replaced. Nick communicated with me and was quick to respond. Rick came to assess the damage and said they would be back next week to take care of it. The day rolls around and they are here bright and early. They resealed around the vents in the roof which apparently the original company failed to do when replacing the roof initially. This was a reoccurring issue across the community. Thank you for doing a wonderful job all while training a new employee with a smile on your face. You saved me a headache!Services: Waterproofing, Drywall repair

Pure Choice Construction was awarded the contract at an HOA in Centennial for the replacement of decks and walkways.The Board of Directors of the community, the homeowners and myself, as manager, have been so impressed with the work they have completed. The jobs completed were done in a timely manner, the worker's were clean, courteous and the re-construction work was excellent. This year our association has been working with Pure Choice on reroofing , installing new gutters and painting the 54 buildings of our townhouse community Our board had considered a number of bids before selecting Pure Choice based on our previous experience with them, they were addressing our needs of new roofs and painting, and that they gave us a bid that was firm. We are on the 3rd and final stage of the project and we have been very pleased with the quality of work that Pure Choice has performed. Pure Choiceh has went above and beyond to make this project successful for our community. Working with Pure Choice it is obvious that they take a great deal of pride in the work they perform. I would recommend using Pure Choice for either large or saml projects.
