I contacted Robinson Brothers Roofing LLC to deal with a small roofing problem that was not properly fixed by a former roofer. Robert, their representative, showed up early for our first meeting and was able to respond to all my questions. Even though it usually takes about two weeks for the office to set up the actual work appointment, they arranged the repair for the next day (15 days from the quote appointment). Calvin, the roofer who took care of the repair, was timely and even helped me in recording the damage that the previous roofer overlooked. The repair came with a one-year warranty for the repaired section. So far, the repair is still holding strong.
