Triple J tore off and replaced an old roof on my very old (1888) house. They completed the entire job in one day! There was no mess left in the yard at all which was shocking to me. A great crew who were very pleasant and helpful as I was coming and going during the project.I also had problems after the new roof with leaks which were not under the new roof but were coming from an old mining cave off of the bathroom. David was very patient and tolerant with my continued questions and calls. He even recommended several options for addressing my issue.I would highly recommend Triple J for a roofing project. Could not be happier with the results!! We had multiple projects that needed to be completed, which included new soffit and facia, new gutters, new exterior paint and a new garage door. Finding a contractor we could trust on our own was very difficult, with lots of no shows or no response at all. Triple J replaced our roof after hail damage, replaced a failing skylight, replaced our gutters and connected us with his painting contractor to paint the exterior of our house. The owner David has great communication throughout the project and is clear and up front on pricing and timelines before the project begins. When our insurance did not offer to cover the skylight damage, as well as the entire roof, he stepped in and worked directly with the insurance company to provide the documentation needed and they ended up greatly increasing the coverage amount for the project so we had very little out of pocket costs from the hail damage. Overall this company was great to work with and I would highly recommend them. Edit: After discussions with the owner of Triple J Inc Roofing, they quickly made right for the mistake and cleaned up the paint from both sidewalk and rocks. Thank you for making the situation right.Original: They are not considerate of neighbors when performing work. Our neighbor had their roof replaced. Now, we have roof tiles all over the side of our yard. On top of that, our front yard rocks, sidewalk, and grass are all spray painted black from their exhaust pipe painting.
