The cleanup services were good but the work was very expensive. Manuel did a great job with removing flooring and drying things out. But I was unable to reach Servpro for a bid or estimate to do repair work. No one returned my calls until I complained to State Farm. By the time they had a bid, I had already chosen another contractor to do the job. Serv Pro was not happy and said they would rescind their bid with State Farm and I could submit my own bid. That’s ok with me. I wanted to work with them but ran out of time to do the repairs before I leave for work.Services: Flood restoration, Flood cleanup

ServPro did an excellent job at my house after Hurricane Ian flooded my garage level with 3-4 feet of salt water. They cut my drywall back 4 feet from the floor, ready for new 4x8 sheets of drywall to be installed to restore the closets and exercise room I had constructed at garage level.They removed baseboard and sprayed disinfectant on all the 2x4 studs. They power washed my entire garage (2,700 square feet) cleaner than when I purchased the home.Stephen coordinated the work crew and stopped by several times over 2 days to make sure everything was going well. Our vacation home in Vail had a pipe burst while we were away. Our first and second floor completely flooded! This location responded to the Marshall Fire and we had them clean our home for smoke mitigation. Cleaning was fine but not the crew we had. We had items taken from our kitchen. Weird stuff like a glass and a fork. Our brand new stainless steel sink was scratched (they did fix it but I had to take time off of work to have this done) and we were charged for things we don't own on the itemized list submitted to insurance (the adjuster caught it).The crew drank a case of water we picked up when the water was not safe to drink. Why? Recently discovered additional damage. The cardboard floor covering they use on hardwood floors was cut with a box knife and I have scratches in my wood floor now. Not impressed. I've read the other reviews on here but unfortunately not all crews are as careful as others. Difficult to recommend when you're feeling annoyed .
