I'm sure he is good according to other reviews; however, when I called Eugene based on those, He told me in about a week he would call to look at job. I Called two weeks later, and he said he started a large project and is too busy. I Wish he would have said that up front. Left 3 star because didn't want to bump his reviews too bad since he apparently does good work.
