I am a 72 year old widow who lives alone on a 35 acre ranch with a house, barn, shop, arena, and 2 guesthouses—LOTS of repairs and maintenance needed. Over the past few months, Greg has worked on: electrical problems; sprinkler repair; metal siding replacement; drywall and painting; demolishing a shed; even installing Starlink and helping me set it up. And more. He is professional, neat, and personable; his pricing is reasonable and transparent. Greg Sonntag and his C.S.I. team completely transformed our large, dark unfinished basement into a wonderful living space for our home in Fort Collins! This project had multiple challenges to overcome, but Greg and his subs were up to the task. He is very creative, talented and professional in all that he does, and his finished product certainly reflects these attributes. He even used his master carpenter skills to custom build a home entertainment feature that included rolling doors and library shelves. We had looked at a similar unit in stores that would have cost us thousands more to purchase. We are so glad that we found Greg to complete this project for us! Thank you, Greg!
