Mike and Chris gave us a very detailed quote and outline of our roof replacement. We had an 8,000 sq ft warehouse with a 20 year old metal roof in need of total replacement. They handled all the details, helped us prep paperwork for insurance, and provided a timeline. They always replied to questions within one business day and gave us guidance that was invaluable. Their crew was incredibly respectful and quiet. Best experience I've ever had with a roofer.

They were very responsive, they had someone out the same week I called, and the work was completed that same week. Their prices were fair and the communication was excellent. These guys were great. I had to replace my roof after significant hail damage in May '23. They provided a quote, were very communicative throughout, and stuck to the initial pricing without any surprises. The whole job was done in a day plus a couple quick follow ups later. I was never in the dark and always felt like I understand the current status and what what next plus the target schedule. No major delays or issues. I'd happily call them again if I need to.

We did our due diligence and quoted with 2 other roofing companies before contracting with Mike at Custom Exteriors. Mike’s presentation and knowledge about current Loveland codes was impressive and the turnaround time he committed to was significantly shorter than the other competitors.Once we agreed on the right shingle (#4 Impact for, Loveland code). Mike and his crew moved quickly. Our roof was completed on time and looks GREAT! The crew is polite, professional, and took great care of our home and gardens. They were great with communication. I could not believe how quickly it was done, and it looks great!

Custom exteriors did an outstanding job for our HOA! They re-roofed 12 buildings with 48 owners in residence.Mike, the owner, is very professional and responsive. Mike communicated with the owners from the get-go and answered any questions they had. He provided them with excellent “Inconvenience” and “What to expect”brochures. And they received weekly updates on the status of the work.His workers were also exceptional. They were friendly, conscious of the owners’ concerns, and have a very good work ethic. And they cleaned up the job site nightly.The job was completed timely and passed the town’s inspection with flying colors. In fact, when I met with the inspector he said “ Custom Exteriors has done an excellent job. I wish all roofing contractors were this good.”The Board of our HOA, as well as the 48 owners, would highly recommend Custom Exteriors!

Custom Exteriors did an outstanding job replacing the 6 windows in the sunporch room in our home. The old windows were drafty and hard to open. The new windows are easy to open, lock automatically when closed, and are air tight! John was a pleasure to work with from helping pick out the style of the windows, keeping us informed on the delivery and install date, and following up to insure that everything went smoothly. Everything did go smoothly thanks to Rick the window installer. Rick pays attention to detail, does quality work, and cleans the job site thoroughly before leaving. Upon completion of the install, Rick went over the operation of the windows and answered any questioned we had. I highly recommend Custom Exteriors.
