I cannot recommend Roof Link any higher! I am an older person, I have owned numerous houses and have had many roofs replaced (living in Colorado hail zone will guarantee this). Roof Link is by far the best roofing company I have worked with. Their representative was the most responsive, ethical and kind roofing rep I have met. Super quick response, helpful, and provided MORE than the services requested (eg, replaced my gutter guards after the fact - absorbed the cost, without question). They were amazing at cleaning up the job site after the work was complete - which is often not done well. I highly recommend Roof Link - they are not "ambulance chasers" like many roofing companies who knock on doors after hail storms. This is a great company, try them, you won't be disappointed.

Wanted to give a shout out to Roof Link and Kendall. We thank them for their great work, due diligence and follow up in working with the insurance company. Kendall did an outstanding job in dealing with the insurance adjusters and being our advocate. Her professionalism and knowledge are exceptional. It took months to get approval from the insurance company for a full roof replacement. We would not have made it through this process without their assistance. Our roof was replaced in March. The crew worked hard and did a great job on cleanup. Would highly recommend Roof Link and Kendall for your roofing needs. Awesome job!

We live in Berthoud Co. and had an old wood roof which needed to be replaced. Called Jen at Roof Link and had a fair estimate for our project. The project manager and crew were very good . The new roof now with the 3 tab shingles looks beautiful with the great new color. We love our new roof and love that Jen checked back with us to make sure it all went well! We will reach out to Roof Link again if needed in the future.

Kendall from Roof Link was very helpful throughout the process - she inspected the roof for hail damage, spoke with the insurance adjuster directly when he was here and was very responsive to my concerns. I was here when roof work was done and it looked very professional. The cleanup was thorough. Gutters were replaced a few days later and that work also looked good.

The last time I had my roof replaced was 13 years ago and it was not a great experience. I was dreading going through it again when I was told I needed another roof after this last hail storm. I had a brief leak one winter and Roof Link checked it out. I had a good expereince then and decided to use them for this job, also. It was a positive experience from start to finish. David was my contact person. After we met and talked about all the details, I was able to text him for any questions or problems that I had. I always received a prompt and satisfying response. There were no surprises, I liked the workers that actually did the roof and gutters, also. I highly recommend Roof Link!

Roof Link is a company that will look out for your interests during the insurance inspection, will provide quality workmanship on the job, and will be there after the job is complete if you need them.During the insurance inspection, David, our project manager, pointed out a few areas of damage to the insurance representative that I had not noticed and that may have otherwise been missed by the insurance rep.Roof Link used 2 crews to replace our roof and were finished in less than 8 hours. They subcontracted gutter replacement to another company, and that work was done the following day. Very honest and trustworthy company. We contacted Roof Link to have our roof inspected due to its age. Kendall came out and we expected her to say it need replaced but she told us it was in great shape. Six years later we decided it was time and had her come back for an estimate. While in the process of this Longmont experience back to back hail storms, which happened while we were traveling out of state. I received a call from Kendall of this event and she wanted to check our roof for damage. After checking it was definitely damaged. She walked us through the process with our insurance and went the extra mile to insure the insurance paid for the upgrades required by the City Of Longmont. This was my first time having to replace a roof, and I didn't know you could have a favorite roofing company, but now I do! Picking a local company was really important to me vs a traveling company you never hear from again.We received quotes from two companies that were very similar, but Roof Link goes the extra mile from the beginning to end, making the process easy and understandable. Roof Link was incredible to work with while navigating claims, insurance payouts, and material choices.The first company was unsure if our claim would be accepted, making us hesitant to file a claim. What initially sold us on Roof Link was when the owner IkeJon came to our house for an inspection and said we'd most likely be covered if we filed a claim. He even said RoofLink would meet with the adjuster to help ease our minds. He took a lot of time to explain the sequence of events between Insurance, RoofLink, and Us twice to my wife and I separately so we both aware.From there, RoofLink continued to be awesome when Project Manager David took over. David met the adjuster, getting our claim approved house and garage. David was responsive and informative from the start. He even emailed insurance on my behalf to ensure the estimate of repairs was up to standards and code and followed up with insurance to get the permit fee covered. He ensured we got class IV impact resistant shingles approved, which insurance did not initially do for us, which should even help lower our future rates.David would respond by call, text, or email and was very professional and personable about the whole process making it very transparent.The job was done in one day, the crew was polite and cleaned up my yard better than it was before. The guys with the nail magnets walked around forever, and I still haven't found a stray nail. Using RoofLink felt like I had someone on my side while navigating insurance claims and the roofing process. There was never any pressure, and the entire cost was covered except my deductible-amazing! I wanted to replace my roof before putting solar panels on it. I checked out several roofers. Roof Link had a great price, and came recommended by my State Farm agent. Kendall was my project manager. She did a amazing job. The team did a wonderful job. And I now have a beautiful roof with Class 4 SBS shingles – ready for solar! We also added solar powered attic vents. We had to have our roof replaced after a big hail storm. From the beginning, Kendall was extremely informative, up-front, and patient, taking the time to explain the process and answer all our questions - even helping us decide what color shingles we should go with (we were indecisive)! She worked with our insurance company - following up to make sure we got our recoverable depreciation when it was over so we didn't have an out-of-pocket cost. The job itself went flawlessly, and our new roof and gutters look great. I highly recommend Roof Link!

Well, these guys are awesome! Very fast, quality work from the first inspection to the last cleanup. Roof Link made the process very easy. Carefully answering my questions, working with my insurance, and scheduling the work. My roof (which is pretty large) looks great! They knocked it out in a couple days and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they had been there! Roof Link recently installed a new roof on my home. I was very satisfied with their services. They were very easy to contact and communicate with during all aspects of the roofing project. They promptly replied to all my emails and calls. They informed me ahead of time as to what to expect as far as the material delivery and installation. The roof was installed in 1 day and the installation went very smoothly. They did a great job of cleaning up my property after the roof was installed. I would use them again for any roofing needs.
