Finding a roofer is a daunting task. There are so many companies, which do you choose? After combing through Google, Home Advisor, Angi, Yelp, Nextdoor and BBB reviews; I created a list of about ten companies, then I started calling. I ended up getting four quotes for replacing my roof. The first three roof walkthroughs ranged from oh hell no to these guys seem okay, then Monica visited. She was instantly reassuring and not pushy at all. She also better explained the fixes to some of my roof concerns. I awaited the prices from each and Monica was very competitive. It was a no brainer, I went with Roof Masters. My overall experience was excellent. No surprises, plenty of time and advice on shingle selection. She wants you to get a roof that you will love. And one particular decision stood out. I was due to have my roof installed the day before the big wind event when everyone lost power. It was a perfect weather day, the crew was ready to go, but Monica called it off. The fear that my new roof might blow off the next day (shingles need time to bond after installation) was erased. I was in good hands. If you are looking to have your roof replaced, I recommend that you give Monica and Roof Masters of Colorado a call.

I called Roof Masters to provide an estimate for repairs on my roof following a home inspection. Jamie came out the same day I called and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She clearly knew her business and went out of her way to work with me and give me an honest and fair estimate of what it would take to make the roof integral. Both she and Monica worked with me to try and get a fair price while not cutting corners in the quality of the work. Jamie showed me exactly what the problems were and was very straightforward as to what the correct fix was. I felt that I was dealing with people that really cared about me as a customer as well as doing quality work. My roof needed to be replaced after a severe hailstorm in Louisville, CO in June 2018. I prefer to hire local firms, so I selected Roof Masters.Jamie came out and inspected our roof with our insurance adjuster to keep him honest. She also served as project foreman when the workers were installing the roof and gutters. It is evident that she really loves her job.The owner, Monica, handles the scheduling, permits, and other paperwork. She was able to obtain permits in record time, considering the crush of folks replacing their roofs.I am very pleased with the workmanship and timely manner the roof was installed. We had a small but damaging leak in our tile roof which ultimately came in through the vaulted ceiling of our living room. After some research, we had Roof Masters come out for an estimate and engaged them to make the needed repair. They were very responsive, timely, and informative in their visits. The leak was very hard to detect as there was no visible damage anywhere near the actual entrance point. The technician added some sealing materials around a sky light and chimney that are several feet above the water’s actual entry point to the living room. This worked through several normal rains but the leak reoccurred with very heavy rain accompanied by strong wind. Dylan and Jennifer of Roof Masters responded immediately to our call back with additional work and pictures around more of the skylight, at no additional charge. Recently, we had the hardest, most wind driven rain over our home in many years with no leak! Noticed a few shingles starting to collect in the drive way fallowing some strong winds so decided to call in the professionals. The bid was more then reasonable and it was done very clean and very quickly. This is my second re-roof experience with Roof Masters of Colorado. My first experience was so good, I went back to them. I was impressed that the same people were still in place, so often there is huge turnover. Manny, the production manager, and a great person to work with, was present at both of the jobs, giving me peace of mind, and comfort that the jobs were going to be done well. The crew was the same, and was respectful and careful of my prized plantings, which mean the world to me.Communication was excellent; they kept me in the loop at all times so I never had to ask what the next step would be.I highly recommend this company. They make re-roofing, which is normally a messy and noisy nuisance, an acceptable, temporary inconvenience which took only one day to do.Two weeks after the job was completed, I got a call from the owner to make sure everything had been done to my satisfaction. Yep, that’s why it’s easy to recommend these people!

The county inspector came by and just walked around the house once, did not use a ladder and was gone in a few minutes. Looks like we lucked out with Roof Masters. My elderly father-in-law somehow got sucked in to the sales-pitch of one of those door-to-door roofers after a hail storm. Said he needed a completely new roof. I knew his roof was only about two years old, so I called Roof Masters for a second inspection; and to check where I could see what appeared to be a couple missing shingles. Dylan came out the next day, got up there, said the roof was fine, looked brand new, and he could fix those missing shingles quickly. I rent a house and our landlord called them (Monica & Alex) to provide an estimate on fixing some roof damage that was causing leaking inside the house. While I was not the one contracting their services, I dealt with them when they arrived for the estimate.They were incredibly gracious, professional and thorough. They documented everything, taking pictures of all the damage. Spent time going over it all with me. Explaining what they were going to recommend to our landlord. I can be a pretty tough critic, but they made me feel 100% comfortable that they'd do a fantastic job if our landlord hires them.

I worked with Monica who is the owner of this company.I met with Monica Hoffman on site at my property in mid August and had been attempting to coordinate a bid. I understand that companies can get very busy and sometimes have to turn down work and I just wish if that was the case the customer would be informed. Unfortunately at this point I am looking to go with another company. I am just very disappointed with the communication and leading on for 3 weeks without letting me know one way or the other.

Charged $250 for a 15 minute shoddy patch job.Didn't even use shingles but a sticky rubber patch.Claimed I needed a new roof for 2 missing shingles, but then never bothered to provide a quote, just took the $250.I ended up replacing the shingles myself.Unprofessional, very poor work, very overpriced.
