UPDATE: I was contacted promptly after leaving my original review and Steve's came out the next day to clean our carpets again. The 2nd time the carpet looked much cleaner. The seam is still an issue but not really their fault. Professional and courteous service.ORIGINAL: I had an onsite evaluation about having our main floor carpet repaired, stretched and cleaned following a water leak. The initial visit was fantastic and the team was really professional. However, I was disappointed that the seaming of the carpet did not turn out better and that several areas did not look much cleaner after the service.

This is the first time I have used Steve’s carpet cleaning and restoration and I am very very impressed. I’ve tried different companies that swear theirs is the best and it never got my carpet cleaned and it looked dirty right away. This company spent so much time going over every little spot, every little stain and they all came out 100%. Adam, the technician that came out was super nice and very attentive to the details and he wanted to make sure everything was perfect before he left our home. I will definitely be using the service every time and highly recommend it to my friends and neighborhood.

Great communication, came early but called first and did a great job. There was a piece of hard candy embedded in the carpet like cement and after he cleaned it, was gone. I had forgotten to tell him about it, but he got it all anyway. The price was reasonable and I would use them again.

Did a ok job. I needed to go to Home Depot and buy some carpet stain remover to finish what they couldn’t do. 2 stars for a ok job and price. I guess you’re pay for what you get. They insist I give a review, texted and endless emails so here it is.

I recently had my carpets re-stretched and they were in desperate need of a cleaning. I called to make an. appointment and was scheduled the day after my call. My carpet had spots that had been cleaned and the color was lifted. I had no hope, that it would be resolved, but somehow they were able to get rid of the spots and they are no longer visible. I have a new puppy and a senior dog and they made the carpets look almost new again. The drying time was quicker than I thought possible. Great company and would highly recommend.

I’m a general contractor, we finished a project in Boulder and through construction , and an existing bathroom floor got pretty dirty. The grout was pretty bad. Steve Carpet Cleaning came out and cleaned it up. Looked brand new. They were very professional on time, I would highly recommend them.

We have used Steve's Carpet Cleaning and Restoration previously when our hot water heater flooded our basement. They did an excellent job then and an excellent job today. We had all our ducts cleaned, our dryer vent cleaned, our furnace cleaned and carpets cleaned and sanitized.
