We hired Ortega Roofing. The owner and his son Damian,we hired them on september 2023 to install heat tape inEagle-Vail Colorado. We met at the job, we providedmaterials and opened the garage for them to install newheat tape and hook it up to the junction boxes where theold heat tape was connected. Before the finished, theydemanded payment. To meet their needs, we paid them onZelle because we couldn't be at the job to pay in person.When the home owner came to the house this winter fromvacation, the heat tape wasnt working and the home ownerdiscovered that no one hook it up to the boxes.
