I would recommend that homeowners working with Snowbridge be very upfront and communicate ahead of time about what they are charging for services ($310 an hour in labor charges on top of service call fees, resulting in a $1,955 bill for 5.5 hrs - not an emergency call, either). Compared to when I used them less than 2 years ago, pricing has skyrocketed.If I had any idea how much this service call would have cost, I would have certainly called someone else, and in the future I will definitely choose another company to work with.

It was Sunday evening when we noticed that we had a serious issue with our septic system - water was backing up into the house and overflowing from the shower drain. With the next day being New Year's eve, and with a house full of guests, we were worried about resolving the issue in a timely manner. We had our primary sewage ejector pump stop working. They came out and could not fix it, so instead patched the repair and charge us almost a Grand.Really my issue is that the will not just replace the old pump and instead want to build a whole new system which will run thousands of dollars. I told them to send me a quote, but 3 months later all I got was the invoice, no quote.I had another plumber who came out and said it would not be a problem to replace the pump, and cost would be less than half of Snowbridge's price. The issue now is that our system is rewired, and that plumber did not know how to fix that, so now we need someone who can rewire it back to how it was!
