We couldn't be happier with Wayne's customer service, dedication to our remodeling project and superb communications with us keeping us informed on the status of our project. This was very important since we reside out of state. His work is superb with amazing attention to the details that make a huge difference in the final product. We plan to build in Summit County in the future and Wayne will be our builder. He had wonderful suggestions on how to enhance our remodeling and improve upon the space we had available. We used Thebeau Construction for an addition to our Breckenridge second home in 2017, adding a new garage, mud room, office, master bedroom and bath. We also did an interior and exterior renovation and kitchen upgrade on our 20 year old home. Wayne bid the job promptly, in detail and accurately. We had to make some adjustments to our plans to stay within our overall budget target. Wayne made this process as painless as possible, and in the end we actually liked our slightly "scaled back" project better than the original. Construction started on time in May 2017, involving demolition of an existing two car garage, adding new retaining walls and slab, building a new two story addition and completing the home refresh. To our absolute delight, we were moving back into the house by Thanksgiving! The entire process went well. Wayne communicated frequently, often sending text messages or emails with photos to resolve questions and document progress. As out of state owners, this really kept us in touch with the project. His monthly draws were thoroughly documented and understandable. The workmanship was excellent. He perfectly matched wood flooring, stucco walls, trim, fixtures and interior and exterior finishes, to the degree we can't tell where the "original" house ended and new construction started. We came in on time and on budget with a final product that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Wayne Thebeau and Thebeau Construction.

Through the whole process Wayne was wonderful to work because he made a lot of great recommendations and was focused on keeping us within budget. Wayne Thebeau was our general contractor for a major remodel of our Breckenridge townhome. We added a loft-bedroom in the attic, pushed out the kitchen and deck, boosted the garage-level storage room, and otherwise gutted the place down to the studs in order to make the home our own. As with most remodels, there are surprises lurking behind those walls, yet Wayne expertly navigated local government and HOA regulations, helped us locate flooring, wall, appliance, and other finishes, managed a multitude of subcontractors, and kept us informed at all significant stages and transparently showed the costs and budget every month. Despite late spring snow storms and strict HOA construction period constraints, it was finished on-time and under-budget. Five years later, we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of workmanship and the live-ability of our mountain home. My wife and I would highly recommend Thebeau Construction without any reservation.
