They were prompt with the initial estimates, which were very detailed, broken down well so you know what everything costs, and how it looks on paper. They were extremely professional and polite the entire duration of the project. They were easy to work with, and really helped work with us on what we were looking for and how to bring to reality. Jose Galvan, owner of Galvan Remodeling LLC and his amazing crew and subcontractors just completed our finished basement project...on time and on budget. Jose designed the space and the workmanship of the finished space is beyond excellent. Jose is a very responsive contractor with a great attitude and willingness to go a step above. We asked for shelving in the unfinished portion of the basement and the result was amazing. The Galvan crew are polite, efficient and very organized. They worked long hours and their work ethic was impressive. All the subcontractors were professional, courteous and personable. There was no disruption to our daily lives. Jose and his team are AMAZING!! We recently had our basement finished (bedroom, bathroom and great room) and we couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. The quote was spot on and everything was finished on time. The subcontractors were always polite and friendly and made us feel comfortable. We had Galvan Remodeling finish our basement, install Pergo​ flooring on our main floor, lighting in the kitchen, and install a backsplash. Jose and his crew were very respectful and professional. Everything turned out beautiful and we could not be happier. Jose stayed on budget and worked with us to design a beautiful basement. The basement was finished on time. Our floors and backsplash look amazing. The quality of customer service is exceptional. The crew and Jose are very detail oriented and their work ethic is excellent. Jose and crew did a fantastic job finishing our basement. We gave Jose the rough design we wanted and he made it a reality with adding his suggestions and working together. When we had the hailstorm in June 2018 I knew Jose Galvan's company was going to replace my roof. His crew was very professional and worked quickly. When the inspector came, he commented that this roof replacement was the best he had seen. I will definitley use Jose Galvan again and keep referring him customers.

TL;DR; Galvan Remodeling LLC was professional, quick, and did an excellent job.//////We contracted Galvan Remodeling LLC to help with some hail damage (about 30K worth of damage) this last year, and while we were at it we also requested other enhancements to our home.In all, we ended up doing about 40K worth of repair/improvement to our home which included: full-house painting, roof repair, new door installation, patio roof addition, and spa electrical.The entirety of all projects lasted a few months (waiting for different phases of inspections and/or certain projects to finish up before we could start others); once a project was started, it was finished in a timely fashion.Was the work without some improvements here and there? No - I am perfectionist and I set the standard above what anyone could deliver, but Jose and his team did EVERYTHING they could to honor all of our requests. This is the main reason I went with Jose and his team was their ability to understand that the customer (our family) was going to have different standards and a different vision then anyone else - including his team. We planned, talked, planned some more, talked some more.... and then they executed the plan. Along the way we had improvement suggestions, questions/concerns, and we changed our mind on a few projects (in terms of the way we wanted to go with it). Jose was PROFESSIONAL, KIND, ACCOMMODATING, and VERY CONSIDERATE about all of our requests.For future improvement we'll be contracting Galvan Remodeling! Thanks Jose.

Galvan Building & Remolding LLC, ***** I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone to use for any type of construction projects, and here is the reason why.Jose Galvan arrived at our residence September, 2019, with an estimate to finish our basement, in hand he had the bid, his A+ BBB rating, Insurance papers that covered all of his employees that conducted work for him on our property, and most of all as part of the bid which was included for him to obtain the City permit for the remolding of the basement, this was a big deal for us.We received three different bids for the project and Jose's bid was within a couple of thousand dollars of another contractor.The other contractor had filled out the City permit that is required, careful with this part, the other contractor mistakenly placed his name on the section of the permit as completing the remolding, when the City Clerk looked up the contractors business, records showed that this subject only had a licenses to build patios in the area, and not basements, further more this contractor showed no proof of liability insurance for his workers. The City Clerk stated this usually means, " No license and no insurance"Jose started our basement on September 9, 2019 and it was completed on November 21, 2019.We are completely satisfied with the work.There were a couple of extra things done to the basement that we didn't even expect, KUDOS, thank you Jose Galvan.We will continue to use Galvan Remolding LLC for any other construction projects.

There's an additional recent review below this one.I so enjoyed working with Jose and all of his crew. He listened to what I was looking for in the basement remodeling into a mother in law suite. He transformed it into the vision I had for my new home. He became like a family member as well as all the guys. I totally recommend him and would use him again for any project I would want in the future.I'm amending my previous review because of an additional project Jose was to start and never followed through. He went into an agreement at the end of September 2021 and sent a guy out the beginning of October to check trim and never proceeded forward. There have been many texts, emails and phone calls with complete silence on his part. This is unprofessional and untrustworthy of his part.
