From big projects to little projects, I spend tons of money here because things are easy to find and I diy all summer.The staff is usually friendly and, for the most part, knows where things are.I've only ever had one issue in the door center. I wanted to get some barn doors installed, but the guy I was working with left me sitting there for 20 minutes and went to lunch or something. No one could find him, so I ended up making the doors myself for about $700 less. After that, I downloaded the app, It's way easier to just get what you need and self checkout, even though I hate that.Aside from that, when it's nice out, Im usually here every weekend.

We ordered an appliance bundle, and had a delivery scheduled. On the day of delivery we pulled apart our kitchen (fridge, stove and dishwasher) in preparation for delivery. We were the 4th stop, kept getting notified when each stop was done and then suddenly they said ours had to be rescheduled. No call, just an email. I understand that things happen, but this was no small delivery to prepare for to be cancelled last minute with no phone call. Incredibly unprofessional!

After six reschedules, they still couldn’t make my local delivery. I called to get it sorted out and Michael the manager assured me he was sending his guys out at noon the next day! Woohoo! So…the next day comes, about an hour and a half after my promised delivery time, I called them and asked where my drywall was. Turns out, Michael had canceled the delivery instead and refunded me without even letting me know.I know it means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to them, but they’ve lost a customer.

Jason did an amazing job helping us with our kid project for the 4th of July! He was so kind and helpful with the kids! He helped us rebuild them when we made the backwards, and sent us on our way with color sheets and you did it stickers!

I've come to dread shopping here, associates spend their time gossiping amongst themselves. You have to actively search for someone. Good luck if the item you need is locked up

My go-to store. Worth the drive to avoid the "other blue store".As always, if you are kind to the staff, they will be courteous and kind to you.

We love the monthly Saturday free crafts! We have been doing it for 7 years and now moving away from a nearby Home Depot. I wish we could still carry on this tradition with my other kiddo. As for the 3 stars, is the paint department needs better supervision or better yet employees. We were sold drywall paint primer already used. Not only was the bucket messy when we bought it when we opened it there was ANOTHER bucket inside! I called and told the manager. They replaced it for us. The next problem is I asked and showed the employee the brand of paint I wanted and I wasn’t thinking I needed to double check that again and he put the paint in a different brand which was more expensive than the one I wanted. Again the manager did make it better but the inconvenience of it all at the same time was just poor service.

Went to look at ceiling fans for the 5th time. Had some in stock that we like, finally! Bought 5 for our new house. Would have been nicer if they were on sale but now we have them for the summer.

There is no actual curbside pickup at this location. Yes they have the curbside pick up spots but you can go park there, app will tell you someone will come out but no one ever does. Repeat experience. Always have to go inside to pick up my order.Aside from that, just your standard Home Depot. Kind staff and good inventory.

This review is not related to the store itself or the employees. This is more an awareness post for people who visit this Home Depot.It’s currently 8/15/2022 a hot spot for vehicle thefts. I went inside for 10 minutes at 10:30AM on a weekend. Came back out and someone tried to steal my truck. Ignition was hammered out and locks were punched out.I locked the vehicle before walking away. 1 parking lot over a truck was stolen right after the failed to steal mine.After talking with employees it’s common and some have had their vehicles stolen recently from the parking lot. Police said it’s very common there right now.Be sure to take valuables from your car when at the prairie view center. Do not obviously leave children or pets. Try to park up front and not at the back of the store. They are targeting vehicles at the back of the lot.Hope this saves you what I’m going through!

This Home Depot continues to not have things in stock that they show online. They will just cancel large order and say sorry for the inconvenience. 0 attempts to get it from another store. They never suggest another option. Customer service doesn't exist here.

Purchased a patio set with installation. I was not contacted about when the delivery was taking place per Home Depot policy.Also, the driver refused to install my patio set. What is the point of offering it then?? Spoke with a manager on duty - only thing that was said was "sorry". Nothing will be done to rectify the situation.No wonder why all the retailers are closing, terrible customer service.I won't be back if I can help it.I would like to be contacted by the store manager.

It's one of the worst home depots I've come across. Special ordered 3 doors which got delayed twice. Finally, when I called about the second delay, I was informed that no one knew where or when my doors would be delivered.I escalated this to the store's general manager (Chuck), which conveniently, as I'm taking to him a delivery shows up that might have my order. He tells me he will check and call me back to confirm. 3 hours later, there was no such call, so I drove to the store to figure it out. Yay, my order was delivered.I call Chuck back because I'm still frustrated with this whole process. Oder got delayed twice, and I was promised a phone call, but I have to go to the store myself to get any answers. And the excuses Chuck gave me, there were 34 pallets to unload, he had to attend a meeting, there was another order he needed to assist, I have no control over this, etc...So you mean to tell me, you're the general manager of a store, and don't know what's even being delivered. You can't delegate to another employee to verify my order was delivered and have them call me. You have no control over your own store?It's no wonder the store is falling apart. I ask employees for help with my home projects, and they will just tell me that they don't know instead of finding someone who does. You can never find a cart in the store no matter what time of day because they're always scattered around the parking lot, and the attendants are too busy doing doughnuts in with the electric scooters to impress the cashiers instead of helping.I understand where it's all coming from now. Lack of mangament willing to take responsibility.Guess I need to shop at Lowe's for now on.

This Home Depot is absolutely the worst. We have been dealing with them for five years and the management is terrible. They make customers wait 20 minutes because they are too busy to take care of the problems, but don't trust their employees to make good decisions. They have overcharged us on orders, then not delivered the correct materials and don't want to give refunds. The employees are nice, but they desperately need new management! We boycott the store for a while and then try to give them another chance, only to be treated the same every time. Home Depot, please get new management at Prairie Center!! It's long overdue.

I don't understand why there is a young girl working the pipe department on a Saturday that has no idea about plumbing materials at all. It's sad and unhelpful for both parties involved and never saw anyone on that isle get their product questions resolved.The two people at this Home Depot that I asked for help expected me to find things for myself on my phone before even looking things up themselves on their own electronic device. It was like a race for me to do their job for them.

I purchase exterior door locks and deadbolts. I needed them keyed. I was told to pick them up the next day. The next day I picked them up but they had not been keyed. I took them back and was treated rudely because I was disappointed they were not finished as promised. The customer service representative told me it was a free service and I was welcome to take them somewhere else to have them keyed. Homedepot spends a lot of money to brand itself as a friendly and knowledgeable retail store. The customer Representative had me fuming angry when I left. She said they might be ready in a week.

This is a very disorganized store with quite a few unmotivated employees. When we as for help, we've received lame answers that don't actually help us find what we are looking for. The isles are often crowded with the movable stairs. The small part areas often don't have certain parts and are missing refills. This store is going to force me to Lowes. This store could use an overhaul from corporate. Employees don't like bringing in buggies from the parking lot. I feel like most employees at this store act like this was the last place they'd want to work.

One of the employees climbed up to the top shelf to get me an inflatable green dragon that was out of stock, and I didn't know I really wanted until I saw it breathing fire from above. Great service.

Want to say thank you to the store manager Taylor. Home Depot 3rd party delivery really dropped the ball and treated me extremely rudely on the process delivery of my dryer. Then there was some mishaps when the dryer was dropped off at HD in Brighton. I was ready to walk away from HD for good but Taylor made things right and personally delivered my dryer. Now that's customer service at it's finest.Thank you for everything guys.

I am consistently disappointed by the curbside pickup at this location. I use it because i don’t want to drag my squirmy 15 month old into a store and attempt to bring the things out. It’s easier to stay in the car but this location consistently takes 15-20 minutes (and one time 45 minutes) to get my order out to me when I say I’m there. I know they are short staffed but how about an acknowledgement or phone call that they got my notification and will be out shortly.

Don't apply for a job here they send you a link to do a website screening but it's not about the position you apply for and if you say no you automatically get declined they do it on purpose twice they did it to me! One was for hardware the other was floor and wall I applied for customer service also cashier nothing matched!!!

Usually, I am impressed with Home Depot, but they sold out of the cool pre- planted bulb pot I wanted, it was hard to make a decision when it is cold, down pouring and getting dark, outside to decide on plants

I bought a Milwaukee portable Shop-Vac had another store and was hoping to pop in and out to get the battery and charger that I overlooked needing. Thought I could pop to customer service to request someone meet me at the cage to the charger because I knew it would be locked up. I repeated no, I do not have an order and no I don't have a phone number associated with an order, I do not have an order. I wanted to save the time, searching for an employee because last time it took a while. Anyway I ended up asking one of the two employees that were fooling around by the self checkouts to help me while the original employee walked down to assist. To which I was guided to three separate self checkouts to find one with a charged barcode reader.

The best Homedepot in the Denver metro area. They went way out of their way when I asked about a Halloween animatronic. No rude comments that I got from 3 other Homedepots. They got on the phone called someone looked at me and said Jay will get it down for you. This HD is further and out of my way but I'll be making the trip.
