They were really amazing. We needed to put our house on the market quickly, and wanted a new roof before showings started. I spoke to Ric and Becca at Arrow and they immediately had a drone fly over and then someone come over as well. Ric was happy to work with our insurance company to walk around the roof and point out what he found, and Becca has been more than helpful in getting us, the new buyers and the insurance company everything we needed for their purchase and our sale. Once we said please complete the job it happened within a few days! The roof looks incredible too.

I recently had the pleasure of having my roof replaced by Arrow Roofing. The original roof was 23 years old and in need of replacement. I live across the street from one of the Arrow executives, who had been noticing the condition of my roof for some time. They offered to help me navigate the insurance process and get my roof replaced. Unfortunately, my insurance company would only cover the cost of replacing the damaged areas, and the deductible was $8,000. This meant that any claim would be out of pocket.My project manager, Mark Steigerwald, was outstanding. He kept in touch with me over the years, and I let him know when I was ready to move forward with the project. We decided to go with the Duration Storm Class 4 shingle, which should hopefully last as long as the house. Arrow gave us a great deal, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.I am very grateful to Arrow Roofing for their professionalism and expertise.
